The room was clean, spacious and the hotel was well located

Location is great, staff is excellent, polite and helpful. The room was very outdated, furniture is cheap and in poor condition. The sofa had holes on it, the desk was warped and peeling, no dishes or cutlery in the kitchenette - which I was told that “the rooms ending in certain numbers don’t have them” (??). You could tell mattress was old and uncomfortable, the blankets and towels provided were also super old and tired and some of the towels had holes in them. Breakfast was tasty with a lot of variety. You can tell that the place is in much need of renovations and upkeep.

We loved it! The staff were super helpful and courteous. The restaurant was affordable and delicious. It was centrally located and we also had a beautiful mall right down the street.

I had a room facing the street and it was so noisy. The windows had gaps and noise from the street can directly pass through. Room is kind of old and bed sheets not very clean. Location is convenient, with a shopping mall in walking distance.

I chose the San Juan Royal because it was the closest hotel to the Cabral district that also matched my amenity requirements. Although my actual room was very small it was clean and well cared for. The public spaces are nice and the hotel staff was extremely helpful. There was always one clerk on duty that spoke English if needed. The hotel is within a short walk of Passeio Publico and about a 20 minute walk to the Museu Oscar Niemeyer with easy access to the Mueller Mall and the Tourist Bus as well. I will use this hotel again if I have the opportunity to revisit beautiful Curitiba.

The hotel service was very good, but the rooms have paper thin walls and windows. I could hear the conversations from other guests and that was not very conducing to a relaxing atmosphere. Other than that, I was very satisfied with the hotel and the helpful service.

The hotel is well located near all the central spots in Curitiba. The rooms are not great, and for example the window lets in a fair amount of noise. Staff were perfectly nice, and the breakfast was the typcial Brazilian buffet.

Academia: fraca. Ar condicionado: funciona legal. Café da manhã: bem básico. Funcionários do hotel começam a fazer barulho nos corredores as 7:30 hrs. Não me hospedaria, tem opções melhores em Curitiba

Quarto espaçoso, muito limpo, cheiroso e atendentes atenciosos. Só acho que o cafe da manhã deixou a desejar pela estrutura do hotel.

O quarto é bem confortável, tem um bom tamanho, as camas são confortáveis, porém o café da manha deixou a desejar, itens que deveriam estar quentes estavam frios e até gelados, reposição demorada, alguns itens reaproveitados de um dia para o outro, pães passados, café morno, água para o preparo do chá morna. A impressão que tivemos é que falta monitoramento da gerência no café da manhã. Já o serviço de recepção e de vallett excelentes.

Hotel simples. Mas, atende bem as necessidades. Café da manhã é bom.

Nos hospedamos no quarto família com dois filhos adolescentes e foi ótimo. Quarto muito espaçoso, limpo, localização excelente, serviço de quarto muito bom, e as refeições que pedimos no quarto foram rápidas e muito boas. O café da manhã não era espetacular, mas era bem ok. Só a internet do quarto que deixou um pouco a desejar. Mas no geral a estadia atendeu muito bem nossas necessidades.
