First impression when we enter the room (room 504) is smells bad/fishy. Air conditioning leak water and have "hammering loud sound" it disturb me and wife sleep during night, we did complain to front desk.. but no action whatsoever. Breakfast food also lacking and WiFi internet slow and limited to only 2 devices per room.. such stingy policies for 4 stars resort.. location Jomtien beach also relatively quiet and lack shops around but I guess Jomtien beach is more to tourists who looks for quiet and calm area.

Room 5 Floor 1, very poor dusty walls dirty room. The curtain in the bathroom and the bathtub edge is black lichen. I asked for a change of room and when I asked for a babycot, but to the staff told the babycot asked for a blanket added. The officer said What more can I ask for? The service is so kind.
