Stayed here when when it 1st opened and had excellent service, this year not so good. Payed to have free drinks and nibbles between 5.30-7pm only to be told “the club lounge not open” accommodating for me to have an early check in and late check out

It is in the heart of the Kunshan city. It is very convenient for us to visit our friends and have various activities. Building, room and service is very good. I still will pick up it for my next visit.

It's very clean and the service of Rebecca is warm and thoughtful! The surrounding facilities are complete, and the hotel accommodation is comfortable and worth recommending.

The staff is friendly, beds are comfy, breakfast is wonderfull

The carpet looks need deep clean. The facility needs a little maintenance. But the staffs were really helpful

It is a good place to stay

Great service, very responsive. Room was fantastic - very well decorated, had nice extras like electronic blinds between the bedroom & bathroom. Had a dressing room, too. Deliveries were handled by a robot - the coolest thing ever. It came to the room, rang the phone and we got our stuff. Then it headed back by itself including calling the elevator and getting in.

Hotel was very nice and the staff was excellent. Resturant manager, David was very helpful. Customer relations officers also very helpful. The only problem I had was that I needed to extend another night but the rate increased dramatically. The staff did not offer any accommodation so I was forced to move to another hotel.

It is a relatively good hotel for local touring

Hotel was good, got an upgrade to a very large room. Entertainment was limited in hotel with just one bar and so full of smoke it was impossible to enjoy the live jazz band

A bit disappointed. Seems to be just a hotel name franchised out but run just as a local hotel. Overall nothing spectacular except having the lamborghini name. Expensive for such a small place as kunshan. The internet is great tho. Wireless is fast. Shower is good... Strong. Front desk needs more training. Took more than 15 minutes to check in and another 15 to check out... i was the only person there... imagine how long it will take if there was another customer...

Very enjoyable stay

The advertisement for this hotel is a bit misleading in that it states that it is in Souzhou, and while Kunshan is proximate to Souzhou, the Tonino Lamborghini, is in the center of Kunshan. I was aware of this as I have seen the hotel on previous business trips but had never stayed prior to this visit. The hotel is very new, very stylish and completely in keeping with the Lamborghini marque. The staff is professional and friendly, the location is very convenient to evening activities and all in all this is a great addition to the city.

Really good hotel, but the AC wouldnt go below 22C.
