Great location. Went with family and booked 3 rooms. The Mediterranean buffet was excellent. Convenient and walkable to shopping. Just had one encounter with one staff who gave me a hard time a day after we checked in questioning me about all 3 reservations I made which I already detailed in an email to them prior to our arrival.

Everything was great. The Mediterranean buffet was delicious. Indoor pool was enjoyed by the kids. Will definitely come back.

Overall this was a good hotel and the stay was pleasant. The hotel condition is very good. It is nice as very scenic. The area is wonderful too. There are a lot of activities, even in the summer. It helps a lot if you have a car to navigate the surrounding areas though. The breakfast was very good. The fitness area, sauna, and steam room were all very nice and well kept. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The wifi could be a lot better though. Frequently had problems making a stabling connection, which made calling through the internet difficult. Also, the restaurant was decent but I expected a bit more. Overall, this is a good hotel and would stay again for the right price. You can expect a nice stay if you stay here.

Vi havde valgt hotellet specifikt fordi at der var pool. Poolen var desværre lukket på grund af tekniske udfordringer. Så det var en noget dyr overnatning, og vi fik ikke rigtig hvad vi havde betalt for. Vi spiste på hotellets restaurant om aftenen. Måtte desværre vente en time på maden. Og da det så endelig kom havde de lavet en forkert ret til vores datter. Hun måtte derfor vente yderligere 15 minutter på sin mad. Men ellers var værelserne dejlige og personalet meget søde.

Fint hotell med god frokost. Skikkelig strek i regningen når det ikke var åpent basseng! Dette bør opplyses om på bookingen.

This hotel (and town) exceeded all my expectations! Very friendly and helpful staff, the spa area was clean and lovely, and my room was very comfortable and spacious. And the dinner, oh my goodness. I booked halfboard just to have an easy, simple dinner after a long day of hiking. I was served a full meal in a beautiful restaurant, and everything was delicious. I stayed for one night, but it was a shame to leave, I would have enjoyed staying longer and exploring the area further.

War alles super

Von außen wirkt das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen, aber innen war alles top! Das Personal, von der Rezeption, über das Restaurant als auch im Spa Bereich war ausnahmslos super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten beim Checkin sogar ein kostenloses Zimmer-Upgrade bekommen! Die Wellness-Anwendungen waren toll und wir wurden super beraten bei der Kosmetik. Das Menü am Abend war sehr lecker und immer für jeden etwas dabei. Unsere Kinder konnten sogar frei aus mehreren Essen wählen oder mischen. Hier wurde sehr auf die wählerischen und unterschiedlichen Geschmäcker unserer Kinder eingegangen. Einzig beim Frühstück müssen wir Punkteabzug geben. Der Obstsalat war bis auf einen Tag aus der Dose. Bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel hätten wir uns frische, regionale Konfitüren/ Marmeladen gewünscht und keinen Aufschnitt aus der Verpackung, also allgemein weniger Convenience-Food. Die Waffeln waren leider auch nicht selbst gemacht. Eine Live-Cooking-Station mit frischen Pancakes oder Rührei nach Wahl wären dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis angemessen gewesen.
