I had a wonderful experience and will visit again for sure. Very clean and well maintained plus good breakfast. Safe and secure parking feature as well. Breakfast comes at an additional rate and I would totally recommend it.

Room very clean and lovely decorated. Lots of staff and all very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was lush with a good menu to choose from, with extras like fruit, figs, juice, croissants, cereal. Only criticism is the curtains in the tv area do need upgrading but they are made to measure show curtains and having worked with curtains I know they are very costly to order.

The hotel was wonderful but the staff left us outside for 20 mins in the rain before being allowed inside to check in. I rang the emergency number on the door as none of the other numbers worked or picked up and instead of apologising they told me off for ringing an emergency number. I said 'yes but I had left a message on the other phone 10 mins ago' and she said 'yes I am listening to it' no apology or anything. There was a queue behind us. Then they charged me as I checked out even though I had paid via Expedia. I paid as didn't think to check. Now they refuse to refund me and neither will Experian as apparently it is against terms and conditions. So I have paid twice for the same trip and can't get a refund from either. AVOID!!!!

I stayed here for convenience and proximity to my daughter, wh is at Uni. The property looked smart and interesting and most importantly value for money. I had a single room at the top so 3 lotsof stairs. The bed was very comfortable, the linen spotless, hot and powerful shower and adequately stocked tea tray. The temperature was comfortable abd despite some road noise, i slept well. I did not have breakfast, although the snell wafting to my room was tempting. Its a 10-15 minute walk downhill to Bath and about £6 to Uber back! On site parking is VERY tight but this is made clear on the booking site. I did need some assistance reversing out to avoid getting close to any adjacent vehicles. An old, smart buikding with bar and di ning room, attentive and friendly staff, thanks Jasmine and Izzy. Id stay again but probably use the Podium car park overnight, pricier but easier to manoeuvre.

Pleasant and convenient property location. Breakfast with protein options, vegan and continental as well. My room (#7) on first floor was very charming and comfortable. Walking distance to Bath center.

Amaizing staff, warm welcome. Got an upgrade upon arrival, very much appreciated thank you! Lovely room, amenities, spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the morning noise from above (I guess from breakfast time) and the cobwebs around the ceiling and blinds. Thank you

The rooms were super cute and the sitting area was terrific for guests to hang and chat with. We totally enjoyed the location up the hill as it gave us more steps to work off all the good food in Bath.

We walked up the hill from the train station (about 1/2 mile) to a lovely Victorian home. The room was appointed with a 4 post bed. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast the next morning was very nice. Continental had many options, or you could get the full breakfast. Understand this is not in the city center and is about a 15 minute walk there. But it's we'll worth it mile)

Clean, comfortable, pleasant room & home made for an enjoyable stay in Bath. Staff was friendly and helpful. Delicious hot & cold items with full breakfast choice. Mostly residential area but we found a small commercial area just a couple blocks away. We enjoyed a great meal with excellent service at The Bear Pub. A car or use of public transportation helpful to access Bath central area.

The room was lovely and had a nice view overlooking the garden and the street beyond. Further was a lovely view of the city. We didn’t get breakfast but the hotel itself was great and the staff were wonderful
