This place is more of a makeshift accommodation than a hotel. The room is so small that you can rest your hands on the bed while using the toilet. The corridors are extremely narrow, making it very challenging to carry your bags. The staff was very helpful and kind. The only problem was that the beds were a bit too short for a taller person (185 cm).

Small but convenient

This property did not have access to an elevator to the room we rented and had to walk four sets of stair to get to the reception and rented room. This place also advertises that there are laundry facilities but they where not available during our visit. I will not be recommending this place!!!

The location is very busy all the time. The room is old and a little smelly. Ac is functional. Basically, you get what you paid for.

The location is great other than the homeless people right outside the door. The rooms are tiny and the bathroom gets soaking wet every time you shower. They only clean the sheets every 4 days and the staff at the counter is consistently rude.

I had an incredibly disappointing and unpleasant experience at this hotel and feel compelled to share my stay or rather, lack thereof. Upon arrival late at night, I encountered a member of the front desk staff who was not only unhelpful but downright rude. I had a guest with me, and instead of handling the situation with professionalism, the staff member abruptly told me I wasn’t allowed to have guests and threatened to call the police unless I left the premises immediately. I was shocked and deeply embarrassed by this treatment, especially considering I had already paid for the room. In an attempt to resolve the situation peacefully, I asked to speak to a manager or to change rooms, but my requests were dismissed without consideration. The aggressive tone and behavior of the night staff left me feeling unsafe and unwelcome, forcing me to leave the hotel altogether. Additionally, the room itself—what little time I spent in it—was far below expectations. It was extremely small and reeked of cigarette smoke, despite being advertised as non-smoking. The odor was so strong it was unbearable, making the room completely uninhabitable. Given that I was unable to stay the night due to the staff’s conduct and the poor condition of the room, I am requesting a full refund. I believe this is a fair and justified request given the circumstances. I would strongly urge management to address the behavior of their night staff and to ensure their rooms are properly maintained and advertise

The location was right, couple of blocks from La Rambla and easy access to everywhere. The room was very small. No windows, only a small one in the shower. My fear was a fire, there is no way you can escape...If you are adventurous, it is ok, it was not the place for me.

The hotel staff was super kind and friendly. The room was clean and just what I needed. Nothing fancy, but all amenities, clean and modern and felt safe. I would recommend this hotel. Right off the main road to the busy la rambla street.

The staff was exceptional at this hotel. Very accomodating with places to go and transportation. Lots of stairs to climb for those that are not good with stairs. Very clean and perfect area to stay in.

a lovely accommodating staff. really! we came early and they checked us in, we had an issue with the room on the first night and they changed the room for the second night. The facility itself is ok. Very central, walkable and convenient (we rarely used public transport) and rooms vary.
