The staff were excellent, as was the location. It would have been nice to have two seats in the room and towel wracks for both of our towels. We did enjoy our time and especially being able to go over to the other ibis for food and drinks

It’s a budget hotel so there aren’t many amenities, the desk setup isn’t great for remote work. The AC doesn’t work very well despite me speaking with the front desk and their technician looking at it. The best part of the hotel is how friendly the staff is, they were amazing.

Room is very small, like a hostel. No bath towels. Location far from old town.

It’s alright

Hotel is budget and room very small but expected. GPS had issues finding hotel with address provided. Coffee only available at machine (very small cup) unless breakfast purchased.

The staff are friendly, they were able to help making arrangement for last minute car rental at this hotel.

Good for the price

The hotel was nice and so was the parking. Novotel is right beside with a bar making the area a bit busy. Breakfast was nice but basic. The area is very busy with a lot of traffic , however, we could see the sea in front of us from the hotel which was amazing.

Very compact rooms with everything that you need. However, the location, surrounded by major roads/highways, makes it quite difficult to get anywhere on foot.

I recommend it. Clean, quiet, not expensive.

We were met by friendly and competent staff each day. Our room was exceptionally clean and quiet. The breakfast was great with a lot of options.

The hotel has all basic services, is clean, breakfast is offering for convenience for a prices of 7 euros per person. Recommended not to purchase the breakfast unless you don’t have time to go to another local restaurant because you have a early flight. Parking is complementary which is good. Towels need to be better are very small towels in the bathroom. This is a convenient hotel for couple day if you visit Porto.

Very friendly and efficient front desk both Susanne and Inies. Lovely location with beautiful walk downhill along the river into the heart of Porto.

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable. Room was compact but efficiently designed. Would stay again. If wanting to explore the local area it would be a car is required otherwise taxis or uber.It was ideal for our requirements.
