Very accessible and friendly staff

We Loved the apartmemt location and staff at the property. Highly recommend the South Pacific Plaza, at Broadbeach QLD.

Location is fabulous and friendly staff

The owners of this property need to do a serious update. It is very tired.

So happy with our stay!! The staff are lovely and the rooms are large. We will be back.

Booked in after hours which was made easy after consultation with the property. The accommodation was excellent close to shopping beach views restaurants pretty well everything was within walking distance.Staff at South Pacific were friendly and very helpful checking out was simple as well have stayed in the past and will be staying again in the future

Dirty dishes, marks on sheet, mark on pillow, issues with fans, when initially booked we were never informed about having to empty bins at end of stay and having to make sure all dishes were done.

Absolutely loved this place. I've stayed at a lot of places in Broadbeach and have been coming up a couple of times a year and would rate this up there. It's convenient to all shops and and restaurants. Across the road from the beach and Broadbeach Hotel and also the life saving club. Would definitely go back there again.

I liked the feeling of safety in the building. The reception was at the front entrance and every person entering was noticed. Transport very close and for a person without a car this was a major factor when booking. Oasis shopping centre close by with eateries and grocery purchases very accessible. Highly recommend this these departments for a holiday.

Goid located unit excellent views

Unit was clean and spacious, great views of the beach. Close to shops and lots of places to eat nearby. Older type of unit, needs minor updates, overall will come back.

Awesome location

Location and Reception (Noella) very good, however our Unit's Interior and the Contents provided were basic and old. The pillows would have been at home in Bedrock.

Floor was dirty

Amazing location and friendly staff. Apartment was tidy, but not terribly clean. Could do with a renovation, but okay for a few nights.

Unit vas not very clean. Furniture was chipped. Badly needed renovating.
