Great place to stay with family. We stayed in a suite with two kings. It was a home away from home for the weekend. A small kitchenette with a full refrigerator was a definite plus for the weekend!

Kids were running all night above me could not sleep stayed in the 2 floor and there on the 3 floor horrible.

The customer service was terrible. The housekeeping was worse. They have a sign right on the refrigerator in the room that housekeeping comes everyday. Well that is not true at all. One day they came, made the bed, and left us with no towels. Then we asked them twice to please change the linens in our room. They yessed us to death and never came. This went on for two days!! What a disappointment this hotel was.

The property was very clean, and the receptionists were excellent and very friendly. They engaged in conversations and offered directions and solutions to common issues. I felt that they went far beyond what is expected. Warm greeting upon first entering the hotel.

Very nice hotel to stay with family. We dropped off our daughter at University 12 minutes away with easy access. Felt very safe.

Rooms were clean and accommodating.

Everything was generally really nice. Great location, really nice room, with good facilities and services. Only reason for not giving a 5 star review overall is that the fire alarm went off at about midnight and again at 2:00 - 3:00 AM due to some kind of fault on one of the nights. But other than that, a pretty ideal experience.

Bugs everywhere flies or nats, linen dirty, staff rude, no hot tub, pool dirty and cold

The hotel was beautiful. We stayed in a room with a separate bedroom. The room and all it's amenities were perfect. The staff were top notch. Highly recommend!

Excellent at all

We have stayed here for extended vacations - with our grandchildren - numerous times and have always had a great experience. The kids refer to this place as “our hotel”. The hotel is very clean, quiet, the employees are friendly, has a great breakfast (something for everyone….and that coming from someone who eats low carb), great location - with ALL the stores you would ever need close by. The pool is great (huge bonus for the kids & papa). The kitchenette with a full size fridge and stove is a huge money saver while vacationing with children. The kids love being able to grab a healthy snack or freeze pop from the fridge or cabinets. I love being able to cook dinners and prepare lunch for a day at the beach.

This was one of the worst stays I’ve had. After staying one night the roaches started coming out. After complaining to the front desk, they reassured us that we would be moved to another room. I advised I would be out for the day and they again assured us that the other room would be available for us when we returned. When we returned the room was booked to someone else and they did not have anything that would accommodate my elderly parents, kids and dogs. The manager did not hold the room for us leaving us to scramble to move to another hotel. I’ve been waiting since Tuesday to hear back from a manager. No one has reached out. Expedia is trying to reach out so that we get a refund and they are getting the run around. I will be emailing corporate as well as disputing the charges on my credit card. Deplorable service and cleanliness.

We stay here 2-3 times a year. Its family friendly and in a nice location for parks, shopping and a short trip to the beach.

I’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and always appreciate the convenience of the location. The rooms are large and spacious. Unfortunately, our room this stay had a lot of fruit flies in it which was disappointing. When we told the front desk, they said they would tell the house keeping staff for their next scheduled cleaning. I also had booked a room with two queen beds and upon arrival I was told we were moved to a room with one king bed and a pull out sofa. When I said that I wish I had been notified of the change in advance, the front desk staff said they couldn’t notify me because I booked through a third-party site. Like I said, I have stayed here a few times and this stay was just good/okay when it is usually excellent.

After greeting the person at the front desk in a friendly manner, he simply asked for my drivers license and credit card, and couldn't bother to get off his fat ass. What's happened to Hilton?? Why would they put someone at the front desk who acts like he's working at an auto parts store? The room was fine, except they had the dishwasher running for our first two hours (we checked in at 5:30, so had to endure the loud noise of it until 7:30). Tried the pool: in addition to being super cold, they have some crazy policy where you have to go to the front desk, sign a waiver, and then you can't even access it from the courtyard. So, forget the poolside BBQ experience. Overall, this place is not worth it.

Fantastic stay at Homewood Suites! luxurious room, and great amenities. The staff was attentive, and the location was perfect. Arrived almost 30 minutes earlier than check-in time, but the fromt office arranged the check-in immediately! Check-out was also smooth & fast! Highly recommend—will definitely return!
