Far away from main street.
TV only thai speaking
Hot water not possible for 2 days.
I moved out 1 day earlier then I paid for.
Wifi was ok.
It is not the hotels fault, my gf wanted me stay there, I wouldn't had stayed there in the first place.

On the first night we were changed into different room, said "upgraded" but the bed was terrible. Air con was directly putted to blow our heads.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are ok, but the minus point is the swimming pool is very dirty, has a sour smell and swimming insects.

Friendly staff, even though I checked in at midnight, they still helped me change money and brought it to my room. The room was clean and comfortable (the only problem was there a room with a hair dryer 😂). A bit far from the center but quiet. Overall, the experience was ok.

The room was not cleaned yet when I checked in at 4:00 pm. The air conditioner was broken and the staff had to come and fix it for nearly 30 minutes. The hot water here is really not good.

The service staff is very poor. The deposit is not returned. They inform them to clean the room when we go on business for 3-4 hours. They do not allow the housekeeper to come and do it when we need privacy and want to rest. The security guards are very good and very friendly. The swimming pool that was a children's pool was very dirty. I'm not impressed at all.

I was not given an extra bed for 3 nights, even though I had already ordered and paid for it, the hotel staff promised to contact me for a refund but they haven't emailed me until now.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Front desk was never staffed. All day no one came to clean the room until 5pm when everyone was in the room then someone came to clean and I refused to clean the bedroom. No hair dryer and no iron even though I asked for a dryer twice 🥲.

Good room, reasonable price, soft bed, good service, shuttle bus at the entrance of the alley, smart TV, can watch YouTube and Netflix comfortably, spacious room, beautiful bathroom, very impressive.

Clean, good service but location difficult to find.
The air conditioner at the living room didn't work both nights. It was OK for the first night because we checked in after midnight. But the next day we informed the hotel that they had to fix it. In the end, the hotel did not make any changes. Contacting the hotel via internal phone is very difficult. Employees rarely answer the phone. Hotel parking is not convenient. More cars than parking spaces.

When we checked into the room we had problem with the key (the door would not open), and we asked roomboy to open it using his key and still couldn't. After waiting for a while it was open. But it happened again and again (everytime we were about to enter our room). The receptionist said it was the lock that needed to be charged but still no good solution as we had to experience that awful room entering for 5 days. Another thing was the cups/dishes in the room were never cleaned, we should clean by ourselves (the roomboy just left them there unclean).
