Convenient for the station and the city. Nice room with huge comfortable bed and good shower. Good breakfast in pleasant space. Very reasonable.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They were excellent.

This is our second stay at this hotel and we weren’t disappointed. Upon our arrival the receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, our rooms were clean and bathroom, spotless. The walk into Lille is about ten minutes and the free parking at the hotel is very convenient. The breakfast is varied and last time we stayed we enjoyed a very relaxing evening meal in the hotel restaurant.

A great stay within walking distance of the centre of Lille. Clean, comfortable, very good breakfast selection and friendly staff, free parking too.

A little walk to our of town, not excessive - about 15mins. Difficult to park in centre so easier to pay the 13€ and walk/bike

Not a bad hotel. But what pissed me off is they have control over the air conditioning at the desk. So they would turn it off when they felt necessary to turn it off. I would wake up in the middle of the night hot. So I would turn it back on, and they would shut it back off. This is why I took away two stars.

In general everything is good

Lovely hotel spotlessly clean, kettle in room and very eco. Cant fault it for quality The hotel did not include breakfast and they tried to charge me £52 tax instead of €5. The staff were young and a bit rude about it and perhaps their lack of english and not understanding I did not want breakfast but it got sorted out, as I had my reciept from hotels com.bI must say the chamber maid ataff where lovely and polite as were the staff in evening. I would definately stay with this hotel again.

Great stay and would recommend if visiting Lille. Only a 15 minute stroll into the centre. Lots of transport hubs around which makes it easy. Room was clean and had kettle etc. Parking on site for a fee but was safe and secure.

In a slightly odd area outside the centre, but it didn't take long to walk to the old town. The hotel was perfectly adequate for the price with a comfortable bed and good double glazing. The breakfast was quite good and varied, however see below! On arrival I was told breakfast would be served until 1pm on Sunday, however when I arrived not long after 11am several items were unavailable (most of the hot food) or about to run out. I was therefore rather surprised when a member of the hotel staff came along and finished off what remained of the cheeses and the brioche...

Clean, comfortable, close to the city!

It could use an update but its clean and we had a good stay when we visited for a weekend. Definitely could use more pillows - tgey are small and flat. Lovely staff downstairs.

A great hotel, great staff, nice location with great train service to Lille Centre. parking in the hotel was €13 a night but it was secure, limited on the road parking near the hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful, which was a definite plus. The room was generally clean, though some areas were a bit dusty. Unfortunately, the bed sheets triggered an allergic reaction for me. The bathroom was spacious, but the shower design was flawed, with no door or curtain to contain the water, leading to splashes on the bathroom floor. On a positive note, the room was quiet, allowing for a peaceful night’s sleep.
