Lovely room overlooking the water. The food was wonderful and the staff were very friendly. I recommend this hotel highly.

Amazing hotel, plenty of parking. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay and will definitely be returning. Our room was upgraded upon arrival, the room was very spacious and had a stunning view of the sea.

We had family recommend Lewinnick, and we were not disappointed. The room was perfect, and we adored being able to go on all the nearby walks, etc. The bed was wonderful, but it would have been nice to have a couple of spare pillows in the (empty!) chest in the room for additional comfort. But I cannot complain - it was fantastic as is. The food was great, but I feel there could be a couple of tweaks. For eg. my husband ordered the bakewell tart, and it arrived cold. I would expect things like that to be warm as standard, and the baked beans for breakfast to be freshly warmed and everything freshly cooked. Just a suggestion, not a complaint. We had a wonderful time, and the food was very nice.

Fantastic stay

Very welcoming. Amazing location, with epic views. Easy to get to Fistral beach and Crantock beach. Wicked spot at the top of the hill 5 mins walk to the top of cliff edge to watch the sunset. Restaurant food was delcious for breakfast and dinner. Room size prefect, we had the family, which had a seperate room songle room adjoined to our double. Amazing ocean view from the hotel. Free parking, no issues . All the staff were very polite and very accomodating. Definitely will stay again we loved it here.

fantastic location, excellent staff and nice relaxed atmosphere. negatives were room thermostat didnt work and it was 25 degrees at night, 2 noisy kitchin fans below our room which didnt stop until 23.00 hrs and back on again at 06,00. a delivery was made about 01.00 in the morning right below our room.

Amazing spot with beautiful views!

The room had a great view and was tastefully furnished but our stay was spoilt by the 'open plan' bathroom which afforded no privacy apart from the toilet. No door on the shower and the bath was only private whilst you were lying in it. There was also no fridge. Milk for coffee had to be obtained from a fridge in reception. I brought a milk jug down before we went to bed but by the morning it had curdled and couldn't be used. Breakfast was nice and staff very helpful but location felt quite isolated.

Loved it. Friendly staff, excellent food, stunning scenery and amazing walks.

Modern, well kept hotel with fabulous views across to Newquay. The coastal path was very handy for walking our dog. All the staff were very friendly and looked after both us and our dog.

We were given an upgrade to a sea view room which was ace, the room was huge with great views of Fistral. All the staff were really friendly and we had lunch when we arrived and breakfast the day after and both meals were really tasty and hot which is quite rare now. It's difficult to find any fault with our stay at lewinnick, highly recommended.

Check in was problematic. Although I'd booked using an Amex through Expedia, the hotel does not actually take this method of payment. This led to an embarrassing situation when my alternative card could not be accepted by their system. Luckily a separate terminal appeared and I was able to pay but all round, a poor check in experience which left me embarrassed in front of my partner.
