5 star hotel, large bathroom but no drainage, water flooded because there was no drain, asked the staff to borrow a squeegee to let some water flow down the drain, the staff found it too difficult so they ignored and did not help.

Staff was friendly during check-in, but the check-in time could be improved. My wife and I had to wait at the lobby for more than an hour since we arrived at 12:30. However, the check-in time was scheduled to be 3 p.m. Another thing that I like about this hotel is they need no deposit during the stay, which is a plus for me. The bed is a bit soft for me, but it is comfortable as well. The breakfast was superb, and my wife loved it. Overall, I'll say I'll be back to this hotel next time when I visit Nha Trang again.
