This hotel is located very far from the main city area but if you have functions around this Minburi area, then probably this is one of the options that you have for a hotel stay. My room has a dated interior and is in need of refurbishment. This is surprising as when I checked my friend's room on a level higher than mine, it is a totally different vibe, and everything was much newer.
The only thing I like about the room is the big space inside the room and that there is a small balcony. The heater in the bathroom looks too run down that I do not dare to change the temperature as well. Placement of the bidet sprayer blocks the toilet cover from opening and closing smoothly and will touch you when you are sitting on the toilet bowl.
On the second day when I came back to my room, I noticed that the housekeeping has taken my towels and left me with none. I called the reception and was told that housekeeping is closed, and they have all gone home. I was shocked. However, the receptionist did her best and finally found a towel (from don't know where) and pass it to me.
While the receptionists are considered friendly, the requirement of a high deposit of THB500 in cash is a bit too much as this was not communicated earlier on during the booking, so do prepare this amount of cash if you are staying in this hotel.
