I was told Hotels.com recently stopped sending customer info to the Hotel so I had to fill out a whole new form, No towels in the room, Bathroom- Light above sink not working. When I asked to get ice I was told the only ice is in your room.. So I checked the freezer.. There is a Ice maker.. It was turned off.. In the morning I had about 10 ice cubes.. Pretty worthless

Tub didn’t drain properly and this is the second time the room we were assigned was not ready or cleaned.

Although the Staff was Nice... They had a Bug Issue outside maybe because of the Bright Lights... The Elevator smelled... People was Hanging Outside in the Hallway on the Floor I was on Standing around looking Susceptibility. THE only thing that was clean about the Room Was the Bathroom.. The Kitchen Floor was Sticky and smelled the Microwave was Disgusting.......

The opportunity to have a one bedroom when traveling with others was nice

The check-in was quick and easy. The staff were all welcoming and accommodating. They were quick to assist me upon my arrival. The grounds were clean and quiet.

This location was in a nice area. I was shocked how nice the room set up was with a full fridge, cooktop, dishwasher and all the supplies needed to use. Everything was cleaned. I would totally stay here again. Check in was so easy and as well as check out. They have small little shop area for food items that was great. They have coffee too with yummy creamer. I uber from the Amtrak.

Great customer service! I found leftover to go box in the fridge and a towel in the shower on the curtain rail. Otherwise, I love everything else and definitely come back.

Overall the room was clean and had good amenities. It was very spacious. There was leftover food in the fridge when we got there but other than that it was nice

Worst place I have ever stayed. The staff was no help with the TV situation was one thing, but no toilet paper ( or back up roll) in the bathroom is totally unacceptable. I wouldn't stay here ever again or recommended this hotel.

We were excited to stay here for a tournament but we received a phone call on the way to the hotel that our reservation was moved to Hotel Indigo. Very nice hotel, but we wanted the amenities of the room we reserved such as the little kitchenette they had offered. We had late games where many restaurants would be closed when our last games would end. It's too bad because we could've saved on time and finding late night eats if we had stayed at the Candlewood Suites.

AC was set to 65 degrees when I checked in. Why?

Our room smelled like an old shoe. "Its just an old hotel" my husband said. I tried to spray perfume. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom looked clean, so for my husband's sake I endured. Meanwhile, there were food stains near the bed and I didnt want to walk barefoot on the carpet. We ended up leaving after only one night because the next day I had bug bites show up on my legs and I freaked out. Could not risk another night. The front desk lady was very nice and understanding. We are waiting to see how the manager handles this.
