This boutique hotel was tremendous amazing experience.. close to all amenities. The hotel itself was beautiful inside and very spacious. The room was very spacious and very clean. We enjoyed our 1 night stay immensely. Highly recommend

Staff exceptional helpful and the hotel is in a great place to visit the old town and the restaurants and bars in the Jewish quarter. Hotel staff allowed us in the restaurant 20 minutes before it opened when we had an early morning start twice. Excellent customer service.

Spent 4 nights here. Lovely hotel with nice staff. Room was perfect, looked out onto street but we weren't disturbed by noise! Highly recommend staying here.

The staff were very professional and welcoming, no question or request was too much, which gave a great impression. The rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. The breakfast on offer was well put together, enough choices for every pallette and quite delicious. Location of the hotel was very convenient - transportation, eateries, places of interest were within walking distance. There is a really lovely courtyard garden to just silent out and enjoy a drink. Really enjoyed our stay there.

We stayed in this hotel 5 nights. The location was great. Area is safe and quiet. Near hotel was good supermarket. We was impressed, when we came to the room we saw a greeting letter and a complimentary bottle of wine. The breakfast was amazing. We highly recommend to stay!

Had a lovely week staying at this hotel. It was tranquil and had a nice little courtyard to sit out in with a cocktail in the evening when we wer not out and about elsewhere. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious quiet and clean. Staff were all very nice. Located a short walk from both Kazimierz and The Old Town.

Reserved for 1 night but needed to add a second night, there was NO availability but the hotel refused to refund me the 1 night to go somewhere else, although I had paid $16 for “travel insurance”, so I managed to find a second night but we were forced to check out at 11 with all of our luggage and come back at 3 to check in AGAIN. VERY INCONVENIENT! The hotel is nice. No toiletries 😳 and its location is NOT pretty. It feels secluded. Yes, you can walk 10 to 15 minutes anywhere but we wasted a lot of time of our 2 days in Krakow doing all of that. I would stay closer to the old Town, but the city is AMAZING!

Excellent location close to transportation and a lot of tourist destinations and a variety of food in walkable distances. Would definitely recommend and would stay again. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice hotel. Good area between Old Town and Jewish Area

This hotel was exceptional, we booked a junior suite and got a very lovely upgrade to the Metropolitan suite!!! The room was incredible, it even had a piano!! The air-conditioning was top-notch. The bed was super comfortable and the lounge area was very relaxing. We had complimentary water and a bottle of sparkling wine as part of our stay. The buffet breakfast each morning had a good variety and was good quality. The fab fusion bar was also very good value and a lot of choice. A lovely outdoor patio area in the sunshine for drinks was very relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. We would highly recommend this hotel, it was wonderful.

We stayed in three different hotels while in Poland. Two and Warsaw and this one in Krakow. This one was by far our favorite. Should we come back to Krakow We will definitely be staying here.

This place is so good, very clean. Convenient. Staff is so friendly and helpful. We miss our bags from Lufthansa and they call to the company when our bags is gonna be at the hotel.

The rooms were comfortable and on the larger size. Close to square and other sites.

Its a really nice hotel and we really enjoyed the time there. The breakfast is good, everything is good walkable but the area around the hotel is a little bit shady, but still ok imho
