Lovely place in a quiet street but within walking distance of The Falls and all amenities. Jacky and Alice were excellent hosts. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we could need and the breakfasts were delicious. What else can we say? If you're planning to visit The Falls, you should stay here!

This was such a relaxing and quiet place to stay. Clifton Hill and Niagara Falls can be so phrenic, which is fun. But to walk to Susan’s Villa and be away from it was so nice. Alice and Jacky were so kind. This place was so clean! Spotless! I would come back here just as a retreat to relax even if I didn’t go see the Falls. Can’t say enough how much I enjoyed my stay.

The hosts were absolutely brilliant. I could not do enough to help. We was leaving early on their last day so she made us a packed lunch to take with us because we miss we miss breakfast very close to all the Man is perhaps beautifully comfortable bed would definitely recommend 10 out of 10 this place.

Fantastic hosts. The place is clean, convenient and affordable. The suites are very spacious and private.

The owner keeps the property i good condition and clean. If you like to sleep with cool temperature , you may sweat because there is no the A/C unit in your room , it is the same temperature for the entire house. Suggestion for the owners, to place a fan in the room. The breakfast is ok

I loved the Italian Suite, my room. The owners were very helpful. I had to leave very early on my last day, before breakfast, and Alice offered to give me a to go bag so that I would have something to eat. I didn’t expect that. It was very kind.

We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful villa! From the moment we saw the stunning house and its gorgeous, well-manicured garden filled with flowers, we knew we were in for a treat. Our room, the Italian suite, was spacious, spotless, and cozy, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfasts were thoughtfully prepared with just the right amount of food to keep us energized throughout the day. But what really made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality from our hosts, Jacky and Alice. They were incredibly accommodating, attentive, and caring, paying attention to every detail to ensure our stay was perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend this villa to anyone traveling to the area. We were amazed with the cleaning. Property is beatiful, but the cleaning, quiet and safety made it even better. Cuastomer service was great, they were very attentive and helpful. Close to everything within walking distance. Breakfast was just stunning, fresh and delicious. We are definitely coming back with the whole family. Already looking for the dates

The couple were extremely nice and so accommodating! 😊 I had fun and enjoy my trip to the fullest because of the cozy feeling room and took a nice sleep.

The room we stayed in was so much bigger than we thought! Very spacious. The hosts, Alice & Jacky provided a delicious breakfast each day. We highly recommend this B&B and we would stay there again!

Jacky and Alice were fantastic hosts. They welcomed us personally upon arrival, showed us our suite, and were happy to provide local information to make the most of our trip. The suite was clean, comfortable, with just a little noise from the renters above. Breakfast was delicious, varied, but fixed. Great presentation and warmth from attentive hosts. Within walking distance of main attractions, with local WeGo bus close by. Free parking a huge plus as most hotels in the area charge $50 a day. Would highly recommend and will stay again if in Niagara Falls again! Easy to get to from Buffalo, NY as well.

It was pleasant,clean,quiet and the Alice and Jackie were Courteous . And served great breakfast every morning with our stay there. We recommend anyone staying in Niagara Falls to stay at Susan’s Villa Bed and Breakfast.

Jacky and Alice were incredible hosts and I felt welcomed from the instant I arrived. The room is private, large, and comfortable. I had an early morning the following day and Alice offered to make me breakfast. I'd never encountered such kindness before. I sincerely enjoyed my stay and I look forward to returning.
