Good place to stay with easy access

I always stay at this property and my default choice. I really like the Ridge view of Sheshadri hills

Lot of workers who are not working means not doing their job but chatting but ready for tips.

Best place in Tirupathi compare to others. Restaurants are awesome. Cleaning staffs are exceptional and they are trying to maintain it in mint condition always. I stayed more than 8 times in this hotel in past 3 years.

Staff are disappointing … does not want to speak in Telugu… hotel is located in a pilgrimage area,, next to famous temple and yet staff refusing to speak in telugu

Lobby way to the room dirty- no a/c in the front lobby- didn’t expect this from ITC group of hotels- flush in the bathroom not working- bathroom is too small.

Hotel was clean and everyone right from the front desk to room service were excellent.

Construction work or repair work going on next rooms.

Scope to improve for sure on service response and upkeep. Food was very good though

My room was very good and view out of the window was good. There is an extensive offer of restaurants with very good Indian cuisine. The hotel building is in a compound on a rather noisy road. The terrain behind the hotel and outside the compound of the property needs cleaning.

The hotel rooms had very stale smell and we did not find the price worth at all. The bathroom was too small and cramped as well. Breakfast was good though.

The Ammenities within the room can be better especially the mattresses in the rooms.

The property is presently undergoing renovations / repairs as such it can get extremely noisy as we experienced.

Not as glitzy as other ITC properties. Comfortable but overpriced, should not cost more than 70$s a night.
