Old but quaint hotel. Quiet and great location. Krakow was our favorite destination this trip.

Centrally located, close to all main restaurants and public square. Not far from Wawel Castle.

The location is excellent, but the building itself has no elevator, so it may not be suitable for stays with elderly guests or people with disabilities. It can also be challenging if you have a lot of luggage. Fortunately, one of the front desk staff kindly carried my elderly mother’s luggage upstairs, which was a great help. All the staff were friendly and helpful. One thing to keep in mind is that, unlike a regular hotel, there are no amenities or housekeeping services. You’ll need to bring your own items such as shampoo. We also booked a Salt Mine tour, and the driver was very kind, which made the experience enjoyable and worry-free. Overall, we were very satisfied. Thank you very much!

Staff very helpful, location perfect

Perfect location in old town. Nice surroundings. The beds were nice and the room quiet but a little warm though the vindows were open.

Location, location, location! Apartment was spacious and clean. There were no complimentary cosmetic products in the bathroom which was unusual, and no coffee maker, only instant coffee packets ☹️ Be careful with trying to get there by car. The staff told us that even with traffic restrictions we could drive up to leave luggage. That’s impossible with GPS and the hotel doesn’t provide any driving directions, so we lost 1.5 hours driving around. Just find a parking of Poselska St and it’s only 5 mins walk.

Only issue was no air conditioning however there was a fan in the room. So close to main square was absolutely perfect for bars and restaurants and enough distance not to be noisy

The location could not be better but the rooms do need a bit of a facelift. And it would be great to install another plug in this day of devices which need charging. The staff was very helpful in helping us get our suitcases up and down to the 2nd floor where our room was located.

Hotel was lovely, very clean and staff very helpful. Room had everything we needed, including a hair dryer. As other have said there is a lot of stairs and no lift to rooms. Do not book if you have mobility issues. The air con is not great so it does get hot and if you open windows there is a bit of street noise but not too much. We were in a room with velum blinds and it got very bright very early and the blinds were not black out. I would stay again but take ear plugs and a sleep mask. Really enjoyable stay and a perfect location for everything.

Great location and room was great. Staff were helpful and it’s a fantastic spot for seeing the city and all it has to offer. Organised our airport transport too. Great place highly recommend.

Lovely place in central area

Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Perfect location, especially for short visits.

Great apartments just off the main square. Quiet but a 3 minute walk to all the action. The only negative is there is neither an elevator nor air conditioning. However these are very minor inconveniences for the value received. Highly recommend!

Historic but funky. Nice to have two rooms and a tiny kitchen, high ceilings, antique-style furniture. Great location, a calm street right by the main square, courtyard rooms very quiet. But the bed was both hard and pokey, the kitchen had dishes and pots but no soap or towels, the toilet didn’t flush properly, safe too small for a laptop. If we were young and energetic we’d stay there again.

Great location in the heart of the old town. Walkable to all the tourist stuff and lots of great bars and restaurants. A traditional building sympathetically modernised. Great to feel you're staying somewhere authentic. We stayed in a junior apartment with one double room and a mezzanine double, with a living area and v small kitchenette - just enough for making your own breakfasts. Beds were a good size, mattresses could be better but were comfortable enough. Bathroom small but functional - although there was insufficient hot water in the evenings. Mornings were fine but water was luke warm in the evenings. Could do with blinds on both the roof windows as it gets light very early at this time of year - but that's a quibble. Staff were very helpful - especially when our Auschwitz tour time was moved from 7am to 4am! Might be worth booking your tour through the hotel. Three girlfriends sharing and we had a great time. It worked very well for us

The residence really feels like it’s part of the old town. The apartment was nice and just the right size for two of us. The upper loft for the bed was a nice bonus. Views from the room were amazing as well. The only downside is that the apartment was very hot the whole time. The air conditioning unit could not keep the place relatively cool. We were sweating in our sleep.
