Clean comfortable room with small outdoor patio. Excellent location, with helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in the lamai beach area

Bungalow style

Good location. Check in was a joke. Check out time is 12 noon check-in time 2 pm I arrive at 2:15 pm. and told I’ll have to wait 1 1/2 hours for my room. I’m the only one checking in. They said 10 people checked out today and there short staffed, even if they all checked out at the last minute, 12 noon, it doesn’t take three and three-quarter hours to clean one room. As I was the only person checking in.

Great location for the budget conscious traveler. This hotel, while far from a resort l, was clean, quiet and within walking distance to Lamai beach. There was no restaurant but the owner cheerfully made me coffee, offered fresh bottles of water, and guided me to a nearby location for breakfast, lunch, dinner. The WiFi was consistent and the bungalow was air conditioned. Overall, it was a pleasant transitional stay while I explored other options on the island. It is a short 5-7 minute walk to the beach and the location is great for dining and other entertainment.
