No view of the Rhine or Mosel Rivers...but the room was favorable. Owners are wonderful and the cappuccino delicious!

The hotel itself was OK but the service was very poor.On checking in I was given a key and given no direction as to where to find the room-this was very strange because the hotel was in a few different buildings. The hotel boasted not only of having free internet in all parts of the hotel but that the Internet was high speed-no internet service was available in my room.When I complained about this the manager said I could access the Internet in the hotel lobby- what more could you want? Why the hotel calls itself Rhine- Mosel View is beyond me- no part of the Rhine can be seen from the hotel.

Clean tidy good food great staff A little way out of the centre of town do s taxi will be required to get to the centre this costs about 15 - 18 euro

we were in the New Annex and the Hotel was in very good condition. It was easy to find and the staff were helpful. It is called the Rhine/Mosel view but this requires a bit of imagination as unless you are very tall and/or able to see through trees there are very limited views of the River(s). It is a pleasant if step stroll down to the Rhine, although a steep climb back!Good value but if you want to visit Koblenz its not really an appropriate location as you are on the opposite side of the River.

Hotel was close to wedding reception (kloster). Room and bathroom were a good size and clean. We did not try the restaurant.

Room simple and clean, refrigerator was not working, when we complained nobody came to look at it, it was supposed to work with the access card but not so. Too bad because we had some food that could use some refrigeration and had to be disposed of because it was unusually hot.

Was a bit difficult to find, good parking, some minor hiccup with internet but was easily solved. Overall was a great hotel to stay. Independent family owned business, so don't expect prompt service, but still a quality service. Highly recommended and I'll certainly go back when I have the chance.

Perfectly decent place A little hard to find, up a driveway next to another hotel (where you check in) off a very small road (it's next to the crossroads). "View" a bit of an overstatement but the people there were fine, they have a restaurant in the next door hotel with a bar and the food and beer was fine. Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints.

It fit my purposes. You get what you pay for, abd it is well located.

Wir hatte zwei sehr hellhörige Doppelzimmer bei denen es kein warmes Wasser gab und die Heizung nicht funktionierte. Angeblich ein Druckverlust der Heizanlage, der erst am Morgen entdeckt wurde. Die Anmeldung und das sehr schlichte Frühstück gab es in einem Nebenhotel, wobei die Rezeptionistin nichts von meiner Buchung wusste. Die Tür des einen Zimmers ließ sich weder von innen noch von außen abschließen und rappelte laut, wenn es einen Luftzug gab. Diese Kritik wurde beim Auscheck lapidar abgetan. Die Nachfrage nach einer Preisminderung wurde verneint und auf Hotel.com verwiesen. Wir sollten unsere Kritik und die Vorderung nach dem Preisnachlass dort einfordern. Dort werden wir sicher nicht mehr übernachten.

Wonderful place, great food and lovely staff. I just can’t ask for more! We will definitely come back next year

No lift. It is very hard to find the entrance of the hotel.

Hotellets værelser er gode, men det er uheldigt at komme på en Ruhetag. Det gælder for søndag og mandag. Der er ikke meget andet at vælge imellem i byen. Der er ikke udsigt fra hotellet over Rhinen! Jeg fandt ikke WiFi. Der er gratis parkering. Morgenmaden er fin.

Better than normal location. Spaceous room and shower booth. Acceptable breakfast buffet. Quality meets the price. But W-LAN(WiFi) did not work at all. Hotel lady tried for 15 minutes for connection only to fail.

Hier kann man auch gut mehrere Nächte verbringen. Einzig die Teppiche könnten mal ausgetauscht werden - verdecken sowieso nur den schönen Holzboden. Matratze vielleicht etwas zu weich. Gefallen hat mir auch das renovierte Badezimmer.

An OK hotel if you Only need a bed över night. Nice and friendly crew. Rooms ok. Restaurant with low price. My beer from FASS was old and did not taste good. Restaurants in this area closes @9 pm.
