The location to the beach is one of the best in Lincoln City.

The room didn’t have AC or a fan. The room is in direct sunlight and was very hot. The patio door didn’t have a screen door so flies were coming in. I couldn’t shut the door because it was so hot. No elevator. The great thing about the room was the rain shower. I won’t be staying there in warmer months again.

First, the things we didn't care for. The hair dryer had a very short cord and we had to bend over to use it. Almost impossible to use for the other side of the head. The toilet was so low to the floor that we thought we would fall back each time we used it. We are 6' and 5'11" so this was not fun. Additionally, a few times the toilet would just run and run; was easy to fix though. The great things were everything else. The shower was perfect for our heights (this is usually an issue anywhere else we have stayed) and we didn't have to lean back weirdly just to wash our hair. The room was VERY clean - this alone outweighs any issues we had. Cleanliness is the very top of our list when staying in hotels. No issues with parking. Perfect access to the beach. Quick access to the main highway. The views are excellent! Definitely recommend staying here and we will definitely stay again.

We have stayed here several times over the years. I love the ocean view and the rooms have always been very clean and quiet.

The property was clean, staff was efficient, price was reasonable. My room had an ocean view with a balcony and a fireplace. It looked like the bathroom had been renovated recently with regular + rain shower. Just up the hill there were a few shops and an excellent Mexican restaurant. Other shops and restaurants and grocery shops are just a short drive. The beach is just a few steps away and if you get out for low tide there are sea stars and other creatures near the rocks (watch your step to keep the creatures safe!).

Great beach views and easy access to the beach . Rooms are clean and nice a bit pricey but would definitely recommend.

The room was clean, surprisingly comfortable, and the wind blows from the north, so the wind didnt blow into the room. we were able to keep the balcony door open all night as we slept to the sounds of the ocean waves just outside our room. Very peaceful. Very romantic. My wife and i were there for our 13th wedding anniversary, and it was the perfect stay. Beautiful views. Perfect sunsets, the sounds of the ocean, and just steps away from the surf if your feeling brave enough to jump in. The staff was nice and professional. The pool was clean, recently renovated. And the hot tub was just right, with ocean views to boot. It was the perfect getaway. We will definately be back.

Bathroom has been remodeled, however the fireplace screen is extremely rusted. Bed was comfortable. Be forewarned there are no screens on the windows/balconies. As a result we constantly were swatting flies in our room and could not keep the window open at night. That was unfortunate because I paid a lot for a 3rd floor oceanfront room and could not enjoy keeping my balcony window open. Also, balconies are not private. Your neighbor and you can extend your arms and touch. Also given proximity to your neighbor, I can hear my neighbor’s entire phone call including the caller on the other line and the phone call was no even on soeaker mode.

Excellent location. Booked a two bed and thought they were in same room, but surprised and happy second bed had own bedroom.

The room was very nice! It was updated and very clean! Check in and check out was very quick and easy. The only thing negative I would have to say is that pool was very cold! We would definitely stay there again though!

Amazing views! Room was great it was clean and quiet staff was friendly and our family made some awesome memories! Beach access and location were perfect! We will be back!

This newly renovated motel on the beach is in an awesome location. Rooms sparkling clean and comfortable bed. Rooms are small, but a luggage rack would still be nice. Also, our beautiful new shower lacked any place to put soap or shampoo. Adding a corner rack in the shower would be nice.

Love the easy beach access. Great room for location and cost.
