17:30 when I came to check in, the staff had not cleaned the room and told me to wait for a while to clean the room. very time consuming. clearly stated that 14:00 can check in. 17:30 to check in but the room has not been cleaned so guests have to wait time.

17h30 mình tới check in thì nhân viên chưa dọn phòng và nói mình chờ 1 thời gian để dọn phòng. rất mất thời gian. rõ ghi là 14h có thể check in. 17h30 tới check in mà phòng còn chưa dọn để khách phải mất thời gian chờ.

I checked in early at 5.17pm on August 4 and stayed until 12pm on August 6, the hotel charged me to stay for 1 more day and forced me to spend an additional 770k in addition to the application fee of 1tr3/2 days.
