✅Advantages: convenient location, located right in the old quarter, a few hundred meters walk to Hoan Kiem Lake right at The Huc bridge, opposite is the GS25 store, one of the largest in Hanoi and also beautiful. Friendly and enthusiastic staff. The day I arrived, I wanted to check in early but I hadn't finished cleaning yet, so I left my luggage and went to eat, the hotel proactively moved my luggage to the room and turned on the air conditioner to cool the room. The terrace is a bit small but the view is okay. ❌Disadvantages: the interior of the room is a bit old, the bathroom is small. I stayed in a family room, so the balcony had no view because the house blocked the view. The buffet breakfast is limited, few dishes, the restaurant area is small. => In short, it is at a stable level, better than many hotels in the old quarter in the same price range.
