Service and rooms are consistent ... always

The bed was hard, the road noise was loud and the decor a little dated. It's not bad, just very average. The price was acceptable, but I won't stay here again due to the bed.

It is so nice to arrive and the staff still know you by name, and they even know what room number you like stay in. Great location .

Very convienent, friendly service desk and resturant. Room had everything we needed. No fuss checkin and depature.

Floor hadn't been vacuumed and was dirty and had a potato chip on the ground. Hole in wall covered by a photo frame. What looked like blood on the curtain. Bed sheets were clean however as was bathroom

The Golden Pebble was close to our son and friends we wanted to visit. We like staying at the Golden Pebble as it is comfy and close to people we love.

Lovely staff, room was spacious and clean

Building in general was dirty, windows, lifts and carpets in the reception area where disgusting. Walls, curtains and floors in the apartment we had been given was so dirty, this making us feel very unhygienic and uncomfortable to the stage I wanted to leave and asked for our money back. I went to the reception, and they showed me 2 other rooms to consider. I accepted one on level 2 (212) it was a lot cleaner, and we relocated to this room for our stay. Will not be returning.

The staff and facilities are brilliant.

Perfect for my purpose in staying there

Unfortunately the property is looking shabby. Curtin in our room broken of hooks, carpet in whole building need replacing, and rooms need fresh paint. Table and chairs in room didn’t match and table too high for chairs. Also on website advertised breakfast but they haven’t had that service since covid!

Room was very quiet and lots of free parking available. Convenient to have a restaurant downstairs. The bathroom was clean and neat with soft towels! Pillows were comfy with extra pillows and blankets provided in the wardrobe. Mini fridge cold! Reception staff very friendly and efficient.

Please put mugs in room instead of small cups, when room is booked put a small bottle of fresh milk in the fridge..makes a big difference as the uht is horrible and need at least 3 for a coffee..apart from that it was all good.

Close to facilities. Good service.

We stayed at Golden Pebble because it is close to our friend's place. The property is quite a way from the CBD but we got to know the public transport to get to places.

A lovely hotel. Nice and dark overnight as well as quiet making it easy to sleep.
