We have always loved sraying at glen convenient nice staff only negative this trip was secure carpark was for hotel guests now gates are left open so when we returned no parks

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly. Dining at the hotel was good value.

Loved the whole stay in general. facilites shops everything ive stayed here a few times already and every stay is always the same no drams or worries.

We truly enjoyed our stay, beds were very confortable, the rooms were very clean, it la a beautiful hotel. Also there’s the restaurant opposite to the hotel which was great food. Highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely staff, Room was bigger than i expected and clean and tidy, 11ks from Sleeman Aquatic centre where we were driving every day of our stay, had easy access to the Motorway, Also about 8ks from Westfield Mall. Room service was very quick, had a restaurant on site, and a liquor store, but had to drive to get any other food, Subway and kebabs were about a 2min drive so that was good.

Great value. Allowed early check in. Beautiful quiet pool. The Hotel across was extremely nice and family friendly with plenty of food options. We ended up booking twice

Stayed here multiple times. First time ever leaving a bit disappointed. Room felt tired compared to others I have stayed in. Was allocated a disabled access room which meant bathroom was wheel chair friendly but far from luxurious. Ironing board in room was broken, dinner in hotel was disappointing. Hot served wrong meal and was made feel like it was my fault. Overall convenient and good value but not up to previous stays.
