Staff asleep so couldn’t access the hotel. Had to book into another hotel in the middle of the night.

Staff was very nice and helpful. The room was very warm and the AC was not possible to set to cooling, only fan. Everything else was good. Did not try the breakfast. It’s about 500m to walk to the airport, very convenient.

Great for the airport and for Pisa. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Very convenient for Pisa airport, only a 10 minute walk. Room was satisfactory, bathroom a little dated with snall shower. Bed was firm and I banged my head on the hard headboard! We were the only diners but we were cooked a very nice meal to order, but it wasn't cheap (€48 per person for two courses and a glass of wine). Secure parking was convenient underground, cost €15 extra per day.

Just what you need before flying out next day. Kitchette but no coffee amenities at all but friendly staff and great pizza place across road recommended by staff.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming , check in easy and ready early . However the air conditioning wasn’t very cold .

The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Easy walk from both the train station and airport. Fun patisserie & bar attached to relax at. Didn’t try the restaurant, but it looked like the neighborhood spot to be. Grocery store across the street was convenient too.

Stayed for short trip to Pisa. Hotel within easy walking distance of airport & also about 20 minute walk to central Pisa. Modern hotel and helpful desk staff. Overall ideal for our requirements.

Our flight arrived at 10pm so we decided to stay here for our first night in Pisa. Very convenient location from the airport. Welcoming staff at reception, even late at night. Clean, spacious room with a comfortable bed and plenty of towels. Only downside was that we were unaware that we had to pre-order breakfast the night before, so we were unable to have any breakfast at the hotel in the morning. Good experience otherwise.

This facility is a little far from Pisa Central Station and from the Center of Pisa ( Piazza Garibaldi). It is showed as a 4 stars but it is far from that. Expedia starts with Blue Shades Hotel but in the reality it's called Blue Shades Aparthotel still with 4 stars. Expedia says "Breakfast available" but actually no breakfast is available. You need to go to the Vanilla bar. Yes, Vanilla bar is wonderful but it is not part of the hotel. The bathroom items were not in a very good shape. No shower gel or shampoo. You will get some small shower soaps or shampoo soaps. There was a boiler but no tea was provided and the gas stove didn't work. Check-in: our flight arrived at 9:40pm and I asked if we could do the check-in after we went to the restaurant. They asked us to do the check-in as first thing and going to the restaurant after. By the time we finished with the check-in and we could go to the restaurant that I wanted, it was closed ( so be careful about this) and we had to go somewhere else. There are better 4 stars in Pisa (at least two) and they will continue to be my favourite choice

Excellent Hotel access to Pisa central & airport 5mins walking

We just used this for a quick stop over before flying home. Airport is a 400m short walk so is ideal, we event did this at 4.30am streets were perfectly safe 👍
