Definitely is not a 5 stars, terrible mattress, not smart tv, low quality bedding. The room is big and clean. The employees are nice and pleasant and great breakfast.

This is not a 5-star hotel, far from it. I could be one if improves a few items such as transparency on their early check-in policy (the manager Mara gave me a few inconsistent explanations on the policy and each one did not match the other). Not customer service oriented at all! If they want to reach a 5-star status, they should refer to the Ritz-Carlton customer policy. The rooms were not properly cleaned (please see attached photos) and in one of rarest nights that it is a little chilly in Ribeirao I reached out to the comforter in the closet, but felt old, gross and dirty (please see photo) and could not use it.

Very nice hotel and excellent service. I didn't like the bed, the mattress is old. I didn't like that they had only 2 pillows, the other two had covers of other material which I didn't find appropriate in this time of COVID infections. I didn't like the a/c location in the suite because it hit you directly when your in bed, there was no way to direct it otherwise.

Mais uma vez o hotel demonstrou empatia e cuidado com o cliente. Somos hóspedes do Mont Blanc há tempos e, novamente, fomos positivamente surpreendidos. Como viajamos em família — casal com três filhos pequenos — sempre solicito uma atenção especial, já que a recepção com crianças pode ser uma verdadeira “aventura”. Gostaria de agradecer pela agilidade, educação e profissionalismo da Thais e da Jéssica nesta última estadia. Ao chegarmos, o check-in já estava realizado e os cartões prontos em mãos, o que facilitou muito. É desse tipo de colaborador que os hotéis precisam: pessoas que compreendem as necessidades do cliente e, dentro de suas possibilidades, transformam o atendimento em uma verdadeira “mágica”, com maestria. O hotel no geral é muito bom. Limpo, com um bom atendimento, quarto e banheiro amplos e limpos. Sentimos falta de bons travesseiros e de cobertores. Não havia nenhum cobertor disponível no quarto e apenas um travesseiro por pessoa que também não era bom. O café da manhã é excelente. Só senti falta de um bom pão de fermentação natural.
