Picked this because it was near the airport and advertised a shuttle service. It didn't have one but taxi easy and similar cost (15 euro). Reception staff very helpful despite v litle English. Taxi into Santander Old Town also 15 euro. Small onsite parking OK for my motorcycle. Hotel a litlle dated and maybe due for a refresher.

Good location for short city break

This was a nice hotel at a good price. The fridge was stocked with water which was lovely. I had to leave early and reception was not open. I also could not find the keypad to reenter so I left my key (not a key card, an actual metal key) at the front door with some other packages. I guess it was OK because no one contacted me about it. I say this more as an advisory and not as a complaint.

Convenient place to stay, near Santander Airport. Only a few parking spaces at Hotel, so if late on-street parking is needed.

I stayed here to be close to Santander airport. The hotel is basic but ok. Breakfast rather limited. But all in all it met my requirements at a good price.

The lady at the reception was very nice and courteous. Apart from that room was quite small with peculiar smell!! The breakfast is quite basic. Ok for a day's stay!! Nothing special

Our last night before catching an early morning flight to UK. The heatwave pushed temperatures to 47C but the desperately needed air con was not working, blowing lukewarm air out. The night was unbearably hot, we got very little sleep and there was no one on reception between 11pm and 7am.

We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is clean and pleasant. The staff are really helpful, although not all spoke English (but we don't speak Spanish!) . The breakfast is fine, enough to keep you going on a day out. The hotel itself is not near the main city, you need a taxi or bus. Once at hotel, the lovely manager took us outside and showed us where to get a bus from. Another note: this hotel is not near very much, so we struggled to eat out on our first night when we were too tired to go into town for dinner.

La habitacion no esta a mal. Limpieza dentro de la normalidad. el personal muy bien El aparcamiento en la zona imposible. El hotel no tiene aparcamiento, te ofrece tres huecos sin pintar ni nada que tiene en la puerta del hotel y te los cobra a 15€ dia.
