Except that there are No Lifts, this place is a good location for those wanting to stay at Bayan Lepas area. Rooms are ok, not exceptional, but, for the price, ok. One thing to Note. BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS. despite changing towels so many times, we CONCLUDED the towels are not Machine Dried and only air dried, which makes the towels, SMELL MUSTY. Very BAD experience. But overall, am quite happy with the stay. Ample parking, friendly staff and helpful, Rooms were clean. just be aware, that this is a very old hotel, and of course, the towels. Recommended Stay!

The room has no window and is so smelly. The room that we booked was not as spacious as expected.

Hotel with ancient semi-classical building, in the city center.

The room was not done up when I check in the room. I went back to counter and told them and they change the room for me. The time I check in was 11pm I was surprise to seen the room was not done up evn at that time.

I'm not comfortable with the room because it's not very soundproof.. at night I can hear the neighbor next door shouting to control the children.. breakfast doesn't have many food choices & food isn't refilled quickly.. have to inform the staff before refilling

I found few live millipedes in bathroom and dead ones in the bedroom. Forgot to take photo.

Bilik bersih, kemas, luas. Parking pun luas. Restroom sahaja perlu dicuci lebih lagi sebab berbau. Selain itu, terbaik.

Overall it is a nice hotel to stay and convenient especially the dedicated carpark. However I do think they should improve on the hotel facilities its all look so old and not well maintenance. On the other hand, they should really increase their breakfast menu choices and taste. Thank you.

Floor is dirty, toilet got smell.

➡️It's fine, it's normal ➡️Old hotels get rooms in front of the store without a door, open the room door to see store items, empty mineral bottles, trolleys and others (store, right) ➡️Water near the sink and slow bidet ➡️The room is available the smell of the pump may not have ventilation, you have to sacrifice perfume to get rid of the smell ➡️Transit for bed then check in at 1.30am, check out at 11.30am the next day ➡️Breakfast is not many options, can it be for the stomach pad

This hotel only took 10 minutes from airport. Around the hotel have so many shop that you can only walk. Nice play to stay if you're in business trip.

If you check out late, the receptionist ll keep calling to remind you to check out. There is no lift upstairs, no trolley bag, you ve to bring your bag using stairs to your family room. Old design and old furniture.

Seronok and rasa selamat duduk di sini. Bilik pun selesa, lengkap dengan iron pun ada. Nak makan, boleh jalan kaki je keluar.

Old but clean hotel. So far ok to stay.
