Hello, I rarely write a poor report for a hotel but there were enough things on this stay to warrant it.
We are not super fussy or complaining people but do have an expectation when paying a fair bit.
My husband stayed here very last minute for one night just recently. He managed to get a cheaper rate by using our Expedia points. Thank goodness.
He did say that the staff at checkin were very polite and helpful.
We usually stay at other hotels in the area but this Best Western Plus was close to where he was working.
He commented that there was no shampoo in the bathroom (but he did not call about it that night as it was quite late at that point). Also the Keurig coffee maker in the room did not seem to work (and he knows how to work one).
The thermostat did not seem to work any cooler, meaning the temp did not go down below 23 degrees. He said it was a very warm sleep.
He did mention all these things to the nice lady at the desk when he checked out at 5 am.
I think Best Western Plus hotels usually have a better rating so this all surprised us.
And if he had had to pay full price, that would have been really ridiculous.
