Amazing value for money, close to the beach, bus lines, and the staff was very communicative and helpful. You even have a balcony, I would highly recommend this place!

Small and comfy, easy Access to beach, clean and quiet.

Loved the contemporary artwork, the owners were lovely - really helpful. Had 2 beds and a balcony so really spacious for 1 person and fine for 2 I'm sure. Few hundred yards from the seafront with plentiful bars and restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent value for money. Location is right next to beach with easy access to bus routes to Palma and the airport. It’s very clean with amazing art work around and a lovely touch of design . I did not have breakfast but it looked amazing. Finally I would love to thank Carl and family for the wonderful stay and warm hospitality. We would definitely return. Thankyou

I stayed in December when the area was in hibernation - and the hotel nearly too. Never encountered any staff - instructions were sent electronically, access to the hotel was via rear entrance and there keys left for guests. That said, worked alright for me. The room was ok, a bit noisy as there is a road just below, and somewhat cold as the glass door doesn't provide much insulation, so had to leave a/c on heating quite a bit. Location is central to Arenal, just block away from the shore and short walk from buses to Palma. The price was competitive so all in all, this was ok for me and served my purpose.

It was cold in the room and the Toilett smelled bad.

Basic establishment, great location and good for couple of nights, longer stay may take some stamina.

Lovely place, very hotel-like. Nice and clean spacious room and bathroom. Very lovely staff. Free breakfast and rooms get cleaned everyday. Loved every minute of my stay.

Walls are super thin! You can hear your neighboors and outside no problem. But the location is great and value of the stay is good. Breakfast was average. The women at the desk were both very friendly and helpful.

Clean and tidy hostel, easy to find. near restaurants, but not really Spanish food, expect German, Italian etc. For proper Spanish food you need to go to Palma and find the small restaurants in the back street amazing food there. There is a good bus service either no 15 long way round 25-30 mins, but can drop you off near the train and bus station, or the express no 25 that takes you to the main town center and Cathedral 15-20 mins both cost 1.5 euros (2016)

La habitación da a una calle con mucho ruido. La ventana no cierra bien, y parece estar en la calle. No te deja dormir. Además no hay una cortina que haga su trabajo, y toda la luz para ti, eso empeora la situación todavía más. El toque final fue el tipo de clientela del hotel: personas borrachas y irrespetuosas, que creen de estar en un karaoke a las 4 de la mañana y al avisarlas no le importa nada. He reportado todo al hotel y la respuesta ha sido: es lo que hay. Además me han cobrado dos veces la tasa de turista, pero eso no es nada. La estructura està fatal. Estimado dueño o responsable del hotel, el ruido en la calle puede ser normal, lo que no es normal es que no haya control sobre quien esté en su “hotel” y sobre el ruido y el respeto para los otros huéspedes, y que no haya una cortina que no hagas entrar luz y que la ventana no cierre bien. €100 para una “noche” os da amplio margen para mejorar este desastre - dormir en coche o directamente en la playa es igual, si no que mejor.

Trevlig värdinna, otroligt fin utsikt från 3:e våningen, jobbiga trappor, varmt och instängt i rummet, ingen fläkt. Sköna sängar, trasig toalett 😓. Nära till havet och skön strand.

Fungerade perfekt för mig och min man! Centralt läge, 2min till strand restauranger och lokalbussen. Bra och billig cykeluthyrning runt hörnet. Knappt 400 kr för 2 dag för 2p Angående boendet. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Enkel standard på rummen, rent och snyggt städat. Vi hade det toppen!

This stay was so nice! The owner is swedish and is very welcoming to all guests inclusive dogs! Lovely room and very friendly environment. We will definitely come back!

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Für ein paar Tage in El Arenal echt gut. Zu Fuß ca. 20 min. bis zum Megapark / Bierkönig. Vor der Haustür gehts es aber mit dem Ballermann 01 direkt los und man kann schon dort starten. Leider sind die Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage. Aber mit offener Tür und dem Ventilator war es trotzt 30 Grad gut aufzuhalten.

Man sollte kein luxuriös ausgestattetes Zimmer erwarten, aber alles ist super sauber, das Personal ist freundlich und kompetent, und die Lage ist auch wunderbar. Wenn man wie wir eigentlich nur zum Duschen und Schlafen da ist, ist es das perfekte Hostel für den Ballermann-Aufenthalt!
