Fantastic place to stay

Very disappointed with our stay. Upon arrival we found out that we won’t be able to park our car at the property. They only have 3 (THREE) parking spots available and all were already taken. The girl at the front desk seemed not to care about anything and said she didn’t think not having a place to park was a big deal. I reserved 2 rooms. Ours was very tiny. The other one was supposed to have 2 twin beds, it had one large bed. The water in the shower would go from scorching hot to freezing in a split second without even touching the dial. No free bottle of wine advertised. We woke up to a parking ticket on my windshield. When I asked for the manager he was never available. Fist day because of the holiday, the next day because he was busy. There are so many better choices of places to stay in Krakow. I wouldn’t stay here for free.

Nice place in a good location.

Really clean hotel and very easy walkable to the centre of Krakow. Staff were very helpful and room was good for the price

Overall, we had a positive experience at Leonardo. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the old town. The bed was a bit worn, with obvious divets on either side, and not particularly comfortable. But otherwise pleasant stay.

Superb location, hotel staff can't help enough, clean and modern with superb facility's. We stayed Monday until Friday and had not 1 complaint, we honestly can't reccomend this hotel any more- if you are visiting Krakow this is a must stay hotel.

Great staff

Leonardo Boutique hotel was a beautiful hotel to stay in, lovely comfortable huge beds, spotlessly clean, breakfast very good and staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. Staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was top quality.

The hotel is in a lovely area, but only a 10 minute walk from the old town

Fantastic hotel so quiet but only 10 mins into city centre , hotel was spotless and modern, for the price was unbeatable.

Lovely hotel nestled very close to Krakow main square (uber is approx £2.00) each way. £10 from the airport. Fantastic rooms, clean and have all the amenities. Quite frankly the best hotel breakfast for a city hotel I’ve ever had. Will come again.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Ideal location for walking to the old town. Breakfast was good, with something for everyone.

The property is really nice to stay in, the staff are friendly and helpful. Really like the location as it is very close to nearby places of interest, everything is within walking distance. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area.

We arrived late to find out our room had been overbooked , the hotel arranged another reservation to a nearby hotel but we still had to walk there

The hotel was very smart & clean. The staff always helpful. We had breakfast each morning, which is self service buffet with plenty of choice. Our stay was only 4 days, so didn't really experience the facilities to the full. But they have a bar & restaurant, a gym & pool table. The hotel is just a 10min walk to the beautiful Old Town & Market Square and 5min from Wawel Castle (look out for the fire-breathing dragon). There is an extensive tram network in Krakow, one line just 2mins from the hotel (unfortunately this line was undergoing maintenance during our stay). Overall, an EXCELLENT hotel
