Good clean hotel with helpful staff

For the price this was a great place to stay! Close to the Sendai station so getting to and from were a breeze! Also close to some really good restaurants. No complaints, they held my bag before the check-in time so I could explore Sendai. If you're looking for a cheap-ish but comfortable place to stay this is the spot!

Fair price.

The positive part of this hotel was that the staff were lovely and considerate when I checked in and out. One girl offered me a hair dryer which was kind. The problem was that the room doors are metal and other people staying there don't appear to be considerate enough to close the doors quietly so they were banging shut all night. If you're a very deep sleeper maybe it won't be a problem for you. If you're taller than 175cm you won't fit in the shower as the roof is very low. You can only use wifi in the lobby.

The price was good comparing with other business hotels around there. But the hotel was quite old. Breakfast was bread, drink, boiled egg, and fruits. 7-11 and Aeon shop are near the hotel.

I stayed there for a week. It's almost 10-12 mins walk from sendai station. So, if you are carrying light luggage its fine to walk, else its not. The single bed rooms are small and with a very small pathway. Once you keep yr luggage there, there is barely any space to walk inside the room. The bed was old, was torn on corners, the AC stopped working 3 days into my stay. I dint bother saying to the staff as the staff, even though friendly, hardly could communicate in english. The bathroom somehow gave away a very peculiar stink, much to my dislike. Breakfast was ok- buns, boiled eggs, fruit, coffee,tea and juice. Overall, locationwise, it's good-has 2 convenience stores right infront of it. Is walkable distance from the shopping areas and sendai station. Opt for it if you are there for a night or 2 max, else not.

施設が古かったため、気になることもあったが、スタッフが、対応してくれた。料金も安いので、仕方ないとは思った。

リーズナブルな価格で、サービスや接客は申し分ありません。部屋の広さ、古さは仕方ありませんが、十分に清潔で気持ちよく利用させて頂きました。

部屋は宿泊だけならいいかもしれませんが ゆっくり過ごすのは難しいです

バスの関係で宿泊当日の２時頃にはホテルに到着。朝までフロントで時間を潰させて頂いた上、早朝から出かける際、チェックイン前なのに荷物を預かってくれてとても満足した。

部屋にパジャマを置いておいて欲しかった。

また利用します！

仙台駅西口から北に
