Reception staff - indifferent attitude, no support, no listening. Came to check in at 11am, staff said there was an early room, arrived after 2pm after being reminded many times before allowing check in. No matter what the customer said, you were indifferent and just looked at the computer/. staff is very BAD

Good experience, just the room smelled like a previous guest had a child vomited milk so the smell was a bit unpleasant, but the staff was very enthusiastic in cleaning the floor and using essential oils.

This is my second time back here but this time I stayed in a twin room. The TV shelf in my room looked like it was about to bend because of the heavy stuff, the bathroom lacked a curtain over the bathtub so when I showered, water would spill onto the floor. The hotel needs to consider renovating and upgrading the room to make it look newer and nicer.
