Everyone was so nice! 10/10 stay for me!

The hotel is lovely and clean. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Right next to the free train - prefer for KeyBank event

It was great. It was next to the metro that brought me down at the KeyBank center.

There was no WiFi or no pool that was the point of booking the hotel and I had to wait on my room key no parking and if I did want parking that was an additional 23 dollars per car

NIce property.

The issue we have is, we booked this property for the pool, and searched for properties with this filter applied, when we arrived with our 3 kids, we found out the pool was being renovated. The manager offered to refund the room, but we’d have to leave, not ideal for a family to find another hotel at 5pm.

Our room smelled like weed and vinegar

The staff was very friendly and EXCEPTIONALLY courteous, giving great information about the military museum nearby (I drove). The restaurant breakfast was tasty and served warm.

Suite was very comfortable and large on 10th floor . Staff at check in on Friday were very professional

Poor water flow and finally stopped water in the morning of the exam.

Thanks to Steve and it's team. We had a wonderful stay.

Its good for a quick stay, and short walk from some good bars and restaurants. If you were wanting to explore Buffalo would probably pick a different option. Rooms are very spacious which was a plus.
