Location is strategic, near to city center, helpful staff

Strategic location, delicious food, cold AC, we are very satisfied.

The floor of the room was dirty, especially in the corners, and in the refrigerator there were traces of the previous occupant's drink.

The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are very spacious.

During my stay here the hotel was clean, the room was clean and spacious, the view was nice, the view of the city and mountains, the hotel staff was friendly, the access was close to the city center and there were many places to eat around the hotel, the downside was that the bathroom access was narrow because the door was blocked by the shower, it would be better if the door was opened outwards instead of inwards and there were no hangers for hanging clothes or towels, for the swimming pool facilities, the swimming pool was clean but in the rinse room there was no soap & shampoo, there were no hangers for clothes or towels and some of the doors were broken on the lock (needs repair), the swimming pool was actually less friendly for children, the depth marker was less visible to visitors and there were no floats for children, even though there were only 2 pieces available but they were adult sizes

The room is very spacious, the bathroom is old but it is quite clean, only the staff is a bit small so when asking for help to deliver goods it takes quite a long time. For your information, the receptionist is on the 6th floor so we dropped the goods there while the staff are downstairs above, only the receptionist, but overall we are happy to stay here.

This is suitable for family who needs large room spaces. As this is not a hotel, it is an apartment. The neatness and cleanliness of our room is a bit lacking, it seems like it is rarely occupied. The lobby is on the sixth floor of the parking lot. You have to cross the parking lot to reach the swimming pool in 2nd floor. The apartment is not located in the main rood, however it is close to the city center.

This hotel is very comfortable and clean. The service is friendly and prompt, the rooms are tidy, the air conditioning is cool, and the hot water works well. It's strategically located near the city center and restaurants. Highly recommended for both leisure and business trips.

For the shower room, it seems like it's time to change it, including the bad one.

I got a room with a connecting door, so it wasn't comfortable. There was also a living room, where there was AC and TV, so it was wasteful, the room was too big. Then it was quiet so it was a bit scary on the 6th floor, the lights were orange. The pool on the 2nd floor was very far away and no one was swimming, it was very quiet. Even though it was Christmas and New Year's Eve.

All the staff are friendly and helpful, and the place is comfortable, clean, and close to the city center. You can also find food nearby, so you don't have to go far—you can walk. Absolutely love staying here.❤🧡

The holidays have arrived, the children are on school holidays, their father is still working, so they accompany their father to work and luckily get a room here.

The curtains are not good enough, full of stains, the bed is broken in the middle and the bed sheets are really worn out. The chairs in the room and the headboard are all dusty. Please make cleanliness the main thing.
