Clean and satisfied to rest

On November 8th, I stayed here in room 1602, I think it was 1612, I forget, around 5:30 PM. There was a knock on my door twice. I was alone in the room, not wearing any outerwear, and I was in the early stages of pregnancy. So I slowly opened it. Within a minute of knocking, the door suddenly opened. I was already opening the door. The room service guy opened the front door with a towel. He startled me, as I hadn't even left yet, but was almost there. He came in and put the towel on the bar counter, "Sorry, ma'am, I was just bringing a towel." After that, he ran away. I didn't ask for a towel. The phone in the room was dead, and I didn't ask for cleaning because I had just checked in at 4:00 PM. Where's his logic??? They can just walk in like that. There's no ethics whatsoever. Report it to CS, and they'll investigate. It's just like that, and when I check out tomorrow morning, nothing happens. Your service is rubbish.

The lights in the room aren't bright enough. Please replace them. The curtains need to be washed.

The room is spacious and comfortable, suitable for a family group who wants to travel.

The room was dirty and there were small insects. For a 4-star hotel, it's a shame that the room was dirty, even though the location is good.

The bottom of the bed was very dirty. I only found out when I was about to check out that there was a lot of trash, unused hotel sandals and bottles from previous guests. I stayed for 2 nights, so it was uncomfortable. Even though the price, room size, and location were highly recommended, it was a shame that the cleanliness of the room around the bed was not well taken care of.

Quiet good but the problem is the AC wasn't working well and the lights are dim, but location wise it's very strategic.

The A/C swing was a bit broken, and it was positioned facing our faces when we were sleeping, making it uncomfortable. Lots of ants. The lights and A/C weren't on when we checked in; the switch was off. The shower knob was broken and difficult to switch to a hand shower. The bathroom floor was slippery. I think a bath mat needs to be added.

A comfortable hotel to bring the family... Spacious rooms, there is an air-conditioned living room too... Close to the surrounding culinary...
