This hotel is perfect! I feel safe and is super clean, different breakfast each day, really Méxican breakfast and we loved it! Rooms a bit cold but is okay for Hermosillo heat. Staff super friendly and helpful,will definitely stay here next time. Lots of restaurants and stores near and by walking distance. We liked everything! Totally recommend it!

I went couple times to the front desk to ask for sugar for my coffee and they couldn’t get me any because the kitchen was closed and then the pool was very dirty and just was not a favorite place

Hello. This was a great stay for us, family of five. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The hotel facilities as well. Staff was very courteous and professional. Not sure it anyone from the hotel will see this, but as an improvement suggestion we found the water faucet (outside of the bathroom/shower) too close to the edge of the sink. Hopefully you can move the faucet closer to the sink. Just a minor thing but otherwise an excellent option. Thank you.

My room was not clean

Everything was great, I remember the Mexico of old when people greeted each other. The hotel staff lacked that very thing. If I did not say good morning or good evening they did not either. If they worked on that one skill to make guest fill more at home this hotel would be the best. Everything else as I mentioned before was better than anything I had experienced at other hotels.

Property was clean. No issues there. It was supposed to be a nice vacation for my wife and I. Going from there to San Carlos and then Navojoa and Alamos. Unfortunately, it started off with a terrible experience at this hotel. I took out $3000 from my savings for this vacation. I had it all in an envelope. I took out $300 under the sheets while we went out for the night on Friday. When we checked out Saturday and headed to San Carlos I completely forgot about the money. I called the hotel and went back immediately. They told me they had cleaned the room out and that there was no money and that I could not check myself. I have used Expedia for years and have never had a complaint about any of my stays. I understand this was my mistake for leaving the money, but you would expect some honesty from the employees at this establishment. This left a real sour taste, and I hope I never have to go back to Hermosillo and if I do, I'm definitely not staying at this establishment.
