Nuestra estadía en el Holiday Inn fue excelente. Desde nuestra llegada, todo el personal fue muy amable y atento, especialmente Jesús y Canela, quienes nos brindaron un servicio excepcional y estuvieron siempre pendientes de nosotros, de mi familia y de mis hijos. Las instalaciones son cómodas, limpias y muy bien ubicadas. Sin duda, recomiendo este hotel al 100% a cualquiera que visite Bogotá. Si regreso nuevamente a la ciudad, me hospedaría aquí sin pensarlo dos veces

Hotel good value for money, specially for families. Breakfast needs improvement. Not early checkin offered, also check in at 3pm is outrageously late.

Most travel sites and blogs say stay in Chapinero as it is the liveliest part of town. This hotel is actually in the financial district, so once the offices close, the place gets boring. Breakfast was included and it was solid! I sent 1 pair of pants,; 2 pairs of shorts; 2 button shirts; 3 t shirts; 3 pairs of socks and underwear out for laundry, came out to about $70 USD. It felt like Holiday Inn hosed me.

One of the best places we’ve stayed in Bogota. The location is great - within walking distance of many new and trendy restaurants. Juan Valdez, Starbucks, and other coffee shops within 1 block. Relatively safe location, especially during the day. Comfortable rooms. Furnishings are a little dated, but given the price it wasn’t a problem at all. Great value for the area. Excellent breakfast in the mornings. Incredible staff - Sebastian at the front desk was super friendly and always had a smile.

Great location for the nightlife and food!

Very clean hotel, in a good location. Friendly staff and service. Good amenities in the room. 3 areas they can improve on: Provide 2 bottles of water, at least on the 1st day. Somehow find a way to not have cool air blowing on you while having a meal in the restaurant. It is cold on the 1st floor.. in the lobby and restaurant area. And update the restaurant menu, as many of the items are not available. This was also the case 2 years ago.

Nice clean room. Check in was fast and efficient. Check in clerk was ok, but not very friendly. I wish this hotel would provide 2 bottles of free water on the 1st day, and we can go buy more later.

Holiday Inn is very nice to stay. I think in the room I stayed the bathroom needed better maintenance. The toilet seat cover was loose and the the door knob to the bathroom door is loose.
