Strong bed. No easy breakfast (bread..) The others is Ok.

The house 740 is great. My friends and I had a great stayed. The location is great. it's a walk distance to the metro and Hongdae, where is a street shopping and lots of restaurants. The wifi wasn't work very well. I had a hard time connected to the Internet. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

It is a nic little place with a great atmosphere

We reserved the 4ppl room but there were only three of us, the room offered two twin bed and a double so the space was quite big for us ,even open up all the luggage. And the position is 5 mins from station but at the opposite way to Main Street of hongdae,so it was quiet at night. The only thing that may be bothering is that the soundproofing. You may easily hear the noise next room. Overall the trip staying in house 740 was a great experience.

Near to Hongdae shopping area and very close to the subway. The owner is very nice and helpful.

整理舒適度很不錯，床很好睡棉被很好蓋，地熱很溫暖，但是隔音似乎還是滿不好的，可能還在裝潢，公共區域地板其實赤腳踩有點髒

The house owner was so nice who had helped us with all he could do in case we met any trouble. He was so warm and sweet, leaving us a contact and asking us any picking, one day trip or Wi-Fi egg service we do need in the trip via e-mail once we have confirmed the booking in expedia. We were very greatful to his help in our trip, helping us with his mobile booking ski bus tickets to Phoenix park ski resort and even gave us morning call and urgent picking up to the bus stop shortly after we woke up. Otherwise, we would probably miss the ski bus. Staying in house 740 was definitely an unforgettable experience in our trip.

日本の宿泊施設との違いに少しびっくりしましたが、スタッフも親切で荷物も預かってくれたので助かりました。

スタッフの方は本当に親切でした。 お風呂とトイレだけが残念です。

受付の方がとても丁寧で好感が持てました。 また、宿泊施設内も可愛くて楽しかったです。

スタッフの方はいい方でしたが、写真よりも部屋が古く劣化しているように感じました。 また、トイレの紙が切れても補充されず、トイレやシャワー周りの掃除は滞在中されていないようでした。おそらく滞在中はタオルの交換とゴミ捨てのみで、どこも掃除はされていないように感じます。 古くてボロボロな所が苦手なので、シャワーとトイレの時は本当に嫌でした。

2泊利用させていただきました。お洒落な空間でプライバシーも保たれておりとても満足できました。弘大入口駅からも近く、付近には飲食店やコンビニなどたくさんあります。オーナーさんも日本語を使用して親切に対応してくださいました！また必ず利用したいさせていただきます。

很棒的住宿地點,離鬧區很近,又很安靜

タオルは貸していただけますが、小さいタオルですので、バスタオルが必要な方は持参することをオススメします。受付の方も優しく過ごしやすかったです。

The best guesthouse I have experienced with. Friendly staff - very helpful, great location, reasonable price. Would recommend to stay here if younhabe a plan to visit Seoul.

親切にわかりやすく対応してくれたから不安が少なかった。 部屋の鍵がなく暗証番号なのでチェックアウトは何もしなくてもいい ところがいい。飛行機が朝発で朝早かったから助かった。 どうしても音が気になるので 夜中のドライヤーはやめたほうがいいかも。 もしくは音が低い？静かなドライヤー持参するか 早めにシャワーしてドライヤーすることをおすすめする。 近くにコンビニ２軒あるし駅から近いし快適なのでまた利用したいと思う。

老闆娘見我地未到，便whatsapp找我們，因她要去食晏，所以驚我地去到無人開門，因無前台服務。雖然有個懂得講粵語的留學生在，但她比較冷淡，所以沒有多交談。住的房間與我訂時的相不相同，比左間好似軍營的房，有上下架床。沒有地方可打開行李，唯有放上被面，床舖清潔度一般。沖涼間地下比較滑。供應的拖鞋唔乾淨。老闆娘忠告我們晚上11時不可喧嘩，所以夜了回去洗完頭都不敢開吹風機吹頭。隔聲不好，成日聽到外面有人交談。

外観もオシャレで素敵なゲストハウスです。リピートしています。 チェックイン前、後も荷物を預かってくれるのですごく助かりました。 床はコンクリートですが内装も綺麗で快適でした。
