Great location to walk into old town. incredible, friendly and helpful staff at front desk. Older small hotel with thin walls, so noisy at times. Very good European-style breakfast including granola and fresh squeezed orange juice.

Great location just a short walk to the shopping streets and the beautiful sites of the old town. Good breakfast for a small extra charge. Limited street parking outside but there are some spaces in the basement for a daily rate. Very helpful staff.

This is an economical hotel; we cannot expect many things. It is located a little bit from the center, but close to the train station. Stuffs are nice and friendly.

The hotel was close to the train station and the historic centre. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly. Ideal for a weekend in Salamanca.

Not impressed. Even though you get what you pay for, we didn't even get that. Room had the smell of smoke that we were unable to get rid of even though hotel is apparently a non-smoking hotel. Blankets provided on the bed were old, unclean and in desperate need of renewal. Room was very cramped with very few sockets and ammenities. Basic things like the slot for putting key in to get lights on was broken so it was constantly falling off and lights thus going out. Will not be staying here again and would not recommend, even for one night.

The hotel is close to the train station and 10 minutes walking to the city center. The reception team was wonderful in providing maps and advice on things to do and where to eat. This hotel gives you the nice human touch and great advice. I will stay again in a heart beat.

Small hotel with nice tidy rooms, the beds are a little firm but overall I was very pleased. Good wifi in the room, no noise during the night and a very nice bathroom set up (no tub but a nice shower)

I am amazed that this hotel only has one star. I would give it at least 3 stars. It's not The Ritz, but if you want that kind of luxury you're going to pay a lot more. This hotel is very comfortable and the staff are all extremely friendly and helpful. The room I stayed in was very clean and serviced daily. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was very powerful and welcome in the sticky heat of summer. My room had a small but powerful shower with the water staying at a constant temperature and good towels. I was on the first floor, facing the road. When the window was open it was a bit noisy, but with the windows closed this was not a problem at all. (And it's nice to find a room where the windows do open!) Breakfast costs A few euros and it's worth it just for the coffee. At the touch of a button, beans are ground, producing fresh delicious coffee. in addition there was orange juice, cereal, bread for toast and a wide variety of cellophane wrapped cakes and pastries. It would have been nice to have some fruit or yoghurt rather than just sugary carbs, but I believe this is a typical Spanish breakfast. And there is a good supermarket just across the road that sells excellent fresh produce, if you need a morning fruit fix. There are vending machines for snacks, cold and hot drinks throughout the day. I didn't need it, but I believe parking is available. Checkout is at the comfortable time of 12 noon and luggage can be left and collected later.

Really friendly little hotel situated ideally for the town centre. Room was a bit on the small side, but had everything you could need including spa bath. Reception was very very friendly and helpful, no need to pay for parking as OK to leave car outside on private short term drop off area. Only drawback was the full width bolster instead of pillows, but as only for one night we did not bother to ask to change. Overall excellent value for money, would not hesitate to stay again

Our stay here started badly and only got worse, thank goodness it was only for one night. The hotel is run down and very shabby. As I arrived at the door with all my luggage , I had to wait for the man at reception to press the button on his desk to unlock the front door. As I am used to in Australia most doors open inwards, I was trying to push the door open instead of pulling it, to my utter disbelief as I am battling with the door I see the man on reception and another male guest laughing at my predicament and waving at me to come in. Not at any stage was I offered any help with my luggage when I did manage to get the door open. As I waited for reception person to finish with the other guest, I was amazed to see him carry all the male guests baggage over to the elevator for him while they conversed happily in Spanish. When I finally got to the room it was disgusting, old red and gold brocade bedspreads, with what can only be described as blankets that looked like horsehair rugs. The bathroom was just as bad, so dated and unpleasant. A small alcove at the top of the stairs was set aside as the breakfast room. I took one look and thought I would not even have a drink of water from this place. I stripped all the covers and blankets of the bed and tried to sleep with just the sheet as that did look clean. At first light I got out of that hellhole, couldnt even bring myself to use the grubby shower. Not a nice place at all.

We were very pleased with this hotel when we stayed in May 2015. I chose the hotel as we had a car and they offer free parking (or parking in the garage for a fee). It is close to the sights in Salamanca--about a ten minute walk, but you are in the shopping/dining area in a block. There is also a nice bar just steps away from the hotel. The staff was helpful, and the room quite big for a triple with a nice bathroom.
