Just need to improve about staff PR. I just feel unwelcome when arrived to the hotel. Other than that all OK.

I wanted to go home quickly to the airport, so I stayed here. There's a Lotus (like a Hypermart) next to the hotel, and I'm sure they'll have some discounted items. McDonald's, Pizza Hut, and Mixue are all nearby. A large food court is within walking distance. There's Nasi Kandar (Indian)

I checked in at 2 AM, and the receptionist was ready to assist. The location is not far from Setia Spice, my main activity center during my stay in Penang. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel, providing easy and affordable transportation options.

Had a great one-night stay here. Parking is provided, nearby convenience stores and restaurants. The room is a bit small but suitable for a short-term stay.

I chose to stay at this hotel because it was close to my nephew's university, so there was no need to go far when my nephew visited. And around the hotel there are many choices of restaurants/places to eat. With the relative price, this is my choice when coming to Penang.

Hotel facilities are appropriate, comfortable, clean, close to the university. There are many dining options near the hotel, close to Lotus too, cafes, etc.

The staff was very helpful, and the location near the Lotus supermarket. There's a Coffee Bean next to the hotel.

Nice staff, clean and tidy room. The downside is the smart tv doesn't work because the wifi is problematic, and the shower curtain keeps moving towards the shower so it's a bit annoying. The location is very good. Close to places to eat and the center of the crowd.

Near campus, good facilities, standard prices, there is a cafe, near a supermarket.
