Loved the shuttle service

Very clean and helpful staff

Great stay outside of downtown, yet still not too far from Mayo. Nice to be able to hop on the free shuttle. Breakfast buffet was good! Excellent restaurant/patio on site as well!

The beds are super comfortable.

Everything was as expected.

Overall kid friendly, however no cribs available, which was a bummer. Pretty clean overall and having that extended room with the pullout sofa bed was very nice. My 18 month old got fussy and didn’t want to sleep one night, so I took her to the lobby so that I didn’t disturb other guests, and the front desk staff were so kind to make sure I was okay, comfortable, etc. overall a lovely stay with excellent staff

We were here for a wedding of close friends.

It is convenient to Mayo, in a nice area, with free parking, and clean. We liked it so much we booked it twice in a month.

Quiet

The front desk gal during check-in was excellent. She was friendly, courteous, and efficient. I stay here for my annual appointment at Mayo for many reasons, but really appreciate a friendly smile when I arrive.

Stayed just overnght to meet family. Very comfortable stay with everything we needed. I did wish they had some streaming options, however.

We had a room on first floor and it was nice and quiet. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was ample and filled us up. My one critique was no shower soap. I mentioned to the front desk and they said we were to use the bar sink soap for the shower as well. I explained that was a poor option. They said no option to obtain shower soap from their supplier… weird! I would suggest this hotel for anyone needed a clean place to stay wheel down in Rochester. They also offer a shuttle to Mayo!

Front desk was always unattended and we had to wait for someone to come out. Staff was rude and not very helpful… Room was clean, breakfast average at best!

Clean. Felt safe. Near strip malls, Costco, fast food. Staff was very helpful..needed coins for laundry. Hot tub & pool clean. Beds firm & comfy.

When I made my reservation, Michael at check-in noted issues with my reservation…something about voice Authorization. I had reserved using one card, and was trying to pay with another. Nothing out of the ORIF in art. Jade manager on speaker phone, wasn’t sure what was happening either. I ended up having a family member pay, which squared things up…but unsure why I needed voice authorization? Nice place and people.

This checked off all the boxes for a trip to the Mayo Clinic. The breakfasts had a variety of choices. The convenience of regular shuttles to the clinic, amidst the construction there, proved to be remarkably stress free. All staff were welcoming.

The beds were hard and very high off the ground so difficult to get into. Pool and hot tub were broken and had been for a while

Nice hotel. A little wear and tear on the hallways. Bed was super comfortable. Not a lot of counter space in bathroom.

Room was very clean, staff was great and I loved having a shuttle that had the hotel name on it for when it picked me up from Mayo!
