Clean room, comfortable beds.

Staff is rude .

The room was in a good spot walkable to the lake, the rail trail and local cafe’s breweries and dog friendly which was a big tick for me. Very basic room, kettle, toaster, microwave and fridge but no cutlery. The room and bathroom were clean but under the bed hadn’t been cleaned. I have no complaints but was quite expensive for the basic amenities.

Noisey, dogs barking, people were very loud sitting outside there rooms, only positive was the room was clean, was very disappointed.

The room is spacious, clean, and tidy. Great location

Cups were washed but still had tea stains. Stair had screws protruding from steps on every step right in the middle of the front edge of the step. I am uncertain if the receptionist ignored my two repeated questions about late checkout or did not understand them. Either way I got no answer. Children were screaming at the top of their lungs in play at 7 am on a Sunday morning. The bathroom was clean, well stocked and modern. The TV was quite small and basic (it did work for FTA channels), there was no dish soap nor were tea towels or way of cleaning crockery (there was a good supply of tea bags and coffee sachets).

It was clean , water pressure in shower amazing, fan in bathroom noisy but overall, very well priced and served it’s purpose and mine

Nice, clean room and very quiet. Would highly recommend.

All the basics you require for a place to sleep and shower at. Bring your own plates and utensils. Property could do with a makeover.

When I arrived, they had put me in an upstairs room then when the check in staff noticed I wouldn't have been able to climb the stairs I got upgraded to a downstairs room to accommodate my disability which was hugely appreciated

To much noise from people upstairs they thumped along the walkway late at night waking us up otherwise a good place to stay

Fantastic service from Billy on reception. Had a few problems booking a cab for a short ride to a venue. 3 yeses then all nos! All sorted by Billy . Thank you!

It had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable and warm
