Staff & Service are excellent

The staffs are excellent, especially Valentina at the front desk, and Arriana.

Lo unico que deben mejorar son los colchones de dormir son duros.

Good location, convenience/liquor store right next-door open till 4 AM. Reasonably priced only one and a half blocks to Parque Lleras . Jason at the front desk was very helpful. Breakfast was basic but decent. The only problem was they’re not nearly enough seats for the number of people trying to eat.. my main problem was the guest/joiner fee of 140,000 COP, which they said had to be paid ahead of time. for this reason, I will elect not to return.

Tuve problemas con la configuración de la llave . Se des configuró en varias ocasiones.

Me gustó en general todo, la atención, la habite super cómoda. Tenía jacuzzi la habitación, el desayuno viene incluido y estaba 10 de 10. Excelente hotel, lo super recomiendo 👍

Clean safe

Had a great stay...little bit noisy but okay. Great location, restaurant and night life in a walking distance. Hotel staff very very welcoming, friendly and helpful.
