It’s a bit dated but not bad. Ac didn’t work the first night but they fixed it the next morning.

It was alright. Nothing that special

The staff were very friendly. The room was beautiful,spacious, and clean. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning our room . My husband loved the pool. Very refreshing. The breakfast was great especially the pancakes.

130 am returned to room. Used toilet and it plugged. My hubs had to find a plunger and fix himself. The Libby and elevato was not air conditioned. Check n too late. Would not offer early check in. Desk twosome at 4 very unfriendly. A bunch of family’s waiting to check in. Also, I thought my reservation was for casino and it was at Plsyersinn.

Our Roman was not in the main casino building, it was in the Inn. Finally a non smoking room. The casino is now non smoking with a room inside for smokers. Smells better

Nice place to stay if into casino or pool everything needed. Check in time should can be 1 am if needed

I liked that the hotel and casino were attached and there was a very nice pool. Also liked that there were Canadian slot machines in the casino.

The property was great the hotel was close to the casino, the room was nice an comfortable beds. My only complaint is there was a noise all night that sounded like a drill

The bed was terrible. Could feel the springs in the mattress. The hair dryer fell off the wall when I went to use it. The noise was awful. Could hear ppl walking and talking in the hallway and rooms near us. I definitely would not stay there again. Had a poor nights sleep. I’d truly like a refund.

The staff was friendly we had a late check in since our flight was canceled and ended up here. We ended up with a toilet the didn’t flush and in the morning when we tried to shower we had no hot water. So had to do my morning business in the public bathroom by the front desk and drive 3 hrs home without a shower.

The staff were sullen, check in line was out the door and only one employee at the front desk. This was the stinkiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. We have been coming here for almost ten years but the new ownership has really changed the place for the worse.

Well maintained. Wish they would develop a bigger casino for the amount of people thar are rhere there are not alot of choices when it is busy.
