Strategic... comfortable and clean

Near TP, very strategic location, comfortable hotel

I really enjoyed staying here. It's close to everything, there are lots of culinary and snack options around the hotel, and the food and drinks at the hotel restaurant are delicious. The staff are all friendly and helpful.👍👌

The hotel is strategically located, close to the center of typical Surabaya souvenirs, close to large malls, close to culinary and photo spots in and around the hotel, making it a fun place to hang out. Unfortunately, my room 103 didn't have a refrigerator and the water in the bathroom wasn't warm enough... The lighting wasn't good...

Nice hotel room, clean, tidy, hotel lobby with classic feel.

The only downside is that the room isn't soundproof, so it's really noisy because the hotel is busy outside. Otherwise, it's fine. I didn't expect much from the delicious food.

Everything is ok, but check-in time should be expedited to at least 12 noon so that guests don't have to wait outside for too long, especially those from outside the area, who are definitely tired.

Awesome.. Clean.. Right in the middle of Tunjungan Street, there are lots of entertainment, food, and other things. I've always been here twice when I go to SBY. The facilities are also okay, clean.. Recommended if you go to SBY.. It's also close to TP, just walk through Tunjungan Market.. Cool

The location is right in the heart of the city. As soon as you exit the hotel, you're immediately greeted by the bustling streets of Tunjungan Street. You can even sit in front of the hotel and enjoy a coffee while watching the bustling mall. Sunday mornings are car-free, allowing you to see various activities along the street. The rooms are clean, with the architecture and interior reflecting the heritage feel of old Surabaya.

I have been to the Varna Hotel several times, although it is not a big hotel, it is quite cozy and clean.

The hotel is nice, I got it on the 2nd floor, the theme is vintage. The shower was broken, it came off, but I called the receptionist and the technician immediately came and replaced it. It's also close to Jalan Tunjungan. The hotel is clean. But the atmosphere is a bit strange, or maybe it's just my feeling.
