The hotel staff is friendly, can change rooms if it doesn't match the booking, the AC is also great. Unfortunately, the TV still has to use its own hotspot, the public wifi is only for calls.

we book our rooms quite last minute, and luckily there're rooms available. the staff quite accommodative and assist us on our request. the hotel also lcated nearby self laundry service.

With the facilities, cleanliness, and comfort available, the hotel price is too expensive. It should be under rm 100. Because many room items need to be upgraded back.

Air-conditioner is not working, receptionist is unfriendly and unhelpful, room smell terrible, bedsheet feels coarse and uncomfortable. It 's a badly maintained hotel. Not recommended.

The counter staff cannot allowed my brother check in even my brother are fully vaccination. I just want to change my name of booking cause I'm not fully vaccine and don't allowed to check in. She saying rude to me while I'm not fully vaccine.
