Previously i often do yoga at this facility, and last month i was have staycation in Kayu Arum, it was great, quite, good air, relaxing. The room was good, even it lil bit small, cleanliness was good also. nice stay

A HOMMY hotel. That's the perfect term to describe this hotel. From arrival to departure, I always experienced prompt, helpful, and super friendly service from security, receptionists, and all the hotel staff. The first thing that impressed me was the extraordinary friendliness of all the staff. This hotel is indeed an old hotel, but its cleanliness is truly meticulous. The hotel is surrounded by gardens and large trees, but it's neatly arranged and clean. The rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. The bathrooms are spacious, with consistent hot water. We booked two rooms, one of which had a slightly smelly toilet, but overall, everything was comfortable and nice. The swimming pool and surrounding ambiance are truly calming and cool. A perfect choice for recharging our energy. We returned from this hotel feeling rejuvenated. The breakfast was quite good; perhaps they could add more to the menu next time. Just a suggestion, perhaps someday they could offer rooms with dinner packages, especially on weekends, especially for grilling. The atmosphere around the restaurant at night is perfect for grilling. I also tried the spa package because there was a promotion. I tried the Kamaratih massage, and it was very satisfying and relaxing. I will definitely return to Kayu Arum. I won't regret staying at this hotel.

Me & my family really love Kayu Arum. It’s our second time stay there and it still felt so good & so comfortable. The room, the ambience, the staffs are so good, but unfortunately the food is not really good. So many food are tasteless. I don’t know why because last time I stayed there the food was good. I hope they can upgrade the food. Thanks!

A unique resort with a Balinese/Javanese feel... the moment you enter, it feels like Ubud. The facilities are complete, including a gym, swimming pool, children's play area, and spacious green areas. The staff is friendly. The quality of some of the restaurant food needs to be improved, such as the tomyum and fried chicken. The pizza is delicious, perfect for kids' snacks. The breakfast variety should also be improved. The service is quite good. There's a water dispenser in front of the room, so you don't have to worry about dehydration. I think the bathroom cleanliness needs improvement. When I went to use the bathtub and fill it with water, I found a lot of long hair floating in the water (likely from previous guests). The shower area has a slippery stone floor, which probably wasn't cleaned by housekeeping.

We will be back in another time.

Overall, it's okay... Some feedback about the bathroom area, like the unpleasant odor... And for the restaurant staff, I hope they smile more...

This is my first stay at Kayu Arum, and definitely will come back. The room is spacious, the tranquility it offers within the resort area despite close to the main street, the friendly and prepared staff, the facility that comes with the room, and especially the beautiful buildings and room, all great. The only thing that became a nuisance is that we can still hear other people hairdry from other rooms, whenever we or the people from the next room turn on the water, we can hear the hammering or whistling of the pipes.

It's perfect for a break and relaxing, I hope I can come back.

2 times staying at Kayu Arum, very satisfied and very pleasant with complete facilities, clean and comfortable rooms, there is a garden that provides a cool and calm atmosphere.

Stayed in a deluxe room, requested the best view, and was given room 4 on the second floor. Wow, the view from the balcony is really nice. It was a comfortable sleep. Only taking a shower was a bit of a hassle because you have to get into the bathtub without soaking. Maybe it would be a hassle for seniors, but if you're young, it's okay.

Great hotel, very nice ambiance, lots of greenery and cute spots. Friendly staff and good food at the restaurant, nice cocktails even though it often came in an inconsistent way. We stayed there for 9 nights, overall nice experience, HOWEVER, they opened their swimming pool for swimming lessons for children and public, so as guests we couldn’t really enjoy chilling at the pool because it’s often fully occupied.
