Very nice and clean hotel with friendly and service minded staff in perfect surroundings at harbor and see.

Not enough parking places belonging to the hotel

Very nice hotel in the center of Heiligenhafen. Large choice of restaurants and beach in walking distance.

Everything superb as always Recommendation: make parking with charger as only to be used by electric cars charging. Even if not possible to book/reserve, at least avoiding slots being used by 10 year old Skodas

Very nice hotel just on the water-front, excellent breakfast and clean and nice rooms and bathrooms.

A lovely hotel right on the harbour front. The hotel is lovely and to a really high standard, rooms are spacious and the staff friendly. The hotel is run as part of the local fishermen’s unions plan to diversify from fishing in a sustainable way.

Very nice hotel with good location close to the dunes and center of a village. Room was as good as in the description. Our room was on the side of the fishing harbor and there were loud discussions outside in the middle of the night. Other than that excellent experience.

Initially I was a little disappointed that the requested harbour view was not available as expected, however as our stay was overall outstanding we quickly felt that the compromise sea view and excellent room with a nice balcony was very satisfactory and we would happily book on our next visit.

Nice and quiet hotel in waking distance from the beach. No restaurant at the hotel but many restaurants very close to the hotel.

Right in the centre of town and looking very new with everything in pristine condition. I had a very large room with a balcony overlooking the harbour. The staff recommended a great local restaurant for dinner too. Great value and definitely the best place in town.

Allt var toppen. Frukost ,städning, personal servicekänsla var utmärkt. Läget är dessutom fantastiskt. Ända nackdelen är att parkeringsplatserna inte räcker till under högsäsong. Även baren över förväntan.

Schönes modernes Hotel, tolle Zimmer, gute Lage , leckeres Essen und sehr freundliches Personal. Besser kann ein Hotel nicht sein. Ich komme gerne wieder!
